Study On Quality Control Of Hangzhou Yuting Real Estate Construction Project

With the continuous development of national economy and the constant adjustment of national macro-control policies,the real estate industry,as an important economic industry,is facing huge competition pressure.How to occupy a place in the rapidly saturated market is an important issue facing the whole industry.Only by creating high-quality projects,constantly improving their own construction quality and enhancing the quality competitiveness of enterprises can we win the market’s favor and help the development of enterprises.Hangzhou Yuting real estate construction project is a large residential projects,a new structural system engineering and large foundation pit area,covers an area of large underground structures,can use a narrow construction site,high quality demand of civil engineering,the tight,require high waterproof construction area is large,professional system etc,more are put forward high request to the project quality control.How to better achieve the project quality control objectives is one of the main tasks of the project construction.Based on the theory and practice of project quality control,this paper conducts an in-depth study on the quality control of Yuting real estate construction project in Hangzhou.Firstly,it introduces the general situation of hangzhou Yuting real estate construction project,analyzes the characteristics and quality of the project,and introduces the objectives,principles and plans of the project quality control.Secondly,the influencing factors of project quality control mainly include five aspects: human,machine,material,law and environment.Again through the analysis of the project quality control points,from the project preparation stage,project construction stage,project acceptance stage to identify,determine the whole process of project construction quality control points;Based on the analysis of project quality control points,targeted from project technology,resources,and site preparation,personnel,materials,mechanical equipment,construction method and process,project environment,the partial project acceptance and the acceptance of a few respects such as the whole project developed detailed quality control strategy,and dynamic control based on PDCA cycle to strengthen the project quality;Finally,the guarantee measures of project quality control are put forward from four aspects:organization,system,fund and technology.
