Research On The Quality Evaluation System Of The Construction Phase Of Real Estate Enterprises Based On SNA

The quality of the project of the real estate company is directly related to the core interests of housing consumers.Although China has formed a system for construction quality evaluation,the applicability of the current quality evaluation system is more of a requirement for the quality of the inspection of sub-items.The assessment of different phases of the entire project,especially the quality of the process still lacks reliable sources of data and information.This study will focus on the quality evaluation of the real estate enterprise construction process,based on the quality control of the construction phase of real estate project acceptance of the collection,summarizing,the comprehensive construction practice of the rich experience of the experts’ opinion,113 the quality of the project risk factors of 14 parts have been distinguished.Then used by Delphi Method and Expert Scoring Method,42 engineering quality key factors have been extracted.The social network analysis(SNA)is used to study 14 sub divisional works and 42 engineering quality evaluation factors to determine the importance of different evaluation factors,and then establish the engineering quality evaluation system of the real estate construction stage.At the end of the study to a specific project as an example,through the establishment of the project quality evaluation system to evaluate the XX project to verify the practicality and accuracy and operability of the quality evaluation system establishment,and the application effect of the establishment of the project quality evaluation system are discussed.
