Research On Wind Turbine Manufacturer’s Procurement Supply Chain Optimization

As an important party in the wind power industry responsible for the design,manufacturing,installation and commissioning of the wind turbine,the wind turbine manufacturer has always been an important part of the wind power industry chain.Benefiting from the country’s strong support for the wind power industry in recent years,the field of wind turbine manufacturing has also been widely concerned and recognized.In the process of the rapid development of the wind power industry and under the influence of objective factors,the raw material cost continues to rise,foreign competitors continue to influx,and the state subsidies are gradually reduced.If the whole machine manufacturers want to be based on the industry and usher in better development,they need to continuously improve the ability of enterprise procurement supply chain management,and take high efficiency and low cost as the goals of procurement supply chain management and optimization.Based on the analysis of the macro political,economic,social and technical environment of the whole machine manufacturer,this paper objectively expounds the procurement process status,supplier resource management status and procurement cost management status of the procurement supply chain operation of the wind power whole machine manufacturer,and takes the actual case and relevant data of the procurement supply chain management of the whole machine manufacturer as the evidence to sort out and clarify the pain points of the procurement supply chain of the whole machine manufacturer.In order to study the optimization scheme of the purchasing supply chain of the whole machine manufacturer more specifically,this paper sorts out and analyzes the problems existing in the three aspects of the efficiency of the purchasing supply chain,supplier resource management and the overall cost of the purchasing supply chain from the perspective of the supply chain,and puts forward the corresponding optimization scheme on this basis,which plays a certain role in the optimization of the purchasing supply chain of the whole machine manufacturer.In the process of this study,not only provides some reference for the optimization of procurement supply chain in the field of machine manufacturing,but also puts forward some suggestions for the future research direction of procurement supply chain optimization in the field of machine manufacturing.
