Research On Risk Management Of DYD Eastern Coastal Tourism Area Construction Project

The construction of tourism area is conducive to the comprehensive utilization of tourism resources and expand the depth and breadth of tourism development,so as to drive local economic development,increase employment and improve people’s livelihood.It plays a leading role in "Prospering all industries in one area".However,due to the characteristics of long construction cycle,parallel construction,complex engineering and high requirements for process accuracy,there are some risks in the project construction of tourism area.In the process of project construction in tourist areas,identifying,analyzing and controlling the possible risks of the project can avoid the possible risks to a certain extent,fundamentally prevent the occurrence of major risks and reduce the probability of risk,so as to ensure the smooth construction of the project.This paper studies the risk management of the construction project in the eastern coastal tourism area of DYD by using the relevant theories and methods of project risk management.Firstly,according to the relevant theories and research of risk management,combined with the general situation and organizational structure of the construction project in the eastern coastal tourism area of DYD,this paper analyzes the project risk by using the brainstorming method and Delphi method.Secondly,according to the actual situation of the project and the uncertain characteristics of the risk,determine the risk evaluation principles,evaluation processes and evaluation methods,determine the risk index weight through the analytic hierarchy process,select the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to quantitatively evaluate the project risk,and comprehensively evaluate each risk factor,so as to analyze the possibility of risk occurrence,Lay a foundation for putting forward project risk response strategies and control.Thirdly,according to the relevant theories of risk management,this paper combined with the risk response strategies and the actual situation of the project,so as to avoid the occurrence of various risks.Finally,a series of safeguard measures are put forward to provide guarantee for the smooth development of risk management of construction project in DYD eastern coastal tourism area.Risk management of tourism projects can not only ensure the smooth implementation of project construction,but also related to the economic benefits of enterprises.The research of this paper can effectively control the risk of the construction project in the eastern coastal tourism area of DYD,improve the risk management level of the project,ensure the smooth implementation of the project,and provide some reference for the construction projects in other tourism areas.
