| In recent years,with the deepening of the Communist Party of China(CPC)and the Chinese government’s clean government and anti-corruption,state-owned enterprises have become a key area of anti-corruption work.Discipline inspection and supervision personnel,as an important component of enterprise human resources,play an important role in ensuring the healthy development of enterprises.The implementation of the reform of the national supervision system and the promulgation and implementation of the Supervision Law of the People’s Republic of China have expanded the work of building a clean and honest party and fighting corruption,involving more and more fields,more and more scope,and more and more professional levels of work.This has also put forward higher requirements for the competence and quality of discipline inspection and supervision personnel.State-owned enterprises,as the cornerstone,play a core role of China’s national economy.In some Chinese state-owned enterprises,a number of managers who violate the law and discipline have been investigated and punished one after another,and some state-owned enterprises have gradually exposed problems such as irregular management,lack of restriction on the power of leaders,and inadequate supervision of state-owned assets of enterprises.It is becoming more and more difficult to supervise the operation of power.Therefore,it is particularly urgent to build a team of high-quality discipline inspection and supervision personnel.It is necessary to enhance the ability of discipline inspection and supervision personnel in daily supervision and discipline enforcement work with professional concepts,professional thinking and professional ways.From the current situation of B company,there are still many problems in the performance and implementation of the duties of the discipline inspection and supervision personnel,which is mainly due to the lack of ability.Therefore,the enterprise needs to build a corresponding training system to improve the ability of the discipline inspection and supervision personnel.In this regard,based on the competency model,this paper studies the training of discipline inspection and supervision personnel of B company,aiming at helping enterprises strengthen the quality and ability improvement of discipline inspection and supervision personnel based on the competency requirements of them.Based on post competency and the research on competency theory,this paper studies the training of discipline inspection and supervision personnel in B Company.First,analyze the existing literature resources,combined with the company strategy,culture,and responsibility requirements,use the behavioral event interview and questionnaire survey method to extract the strategic culture,job function,job performance that match the competency indicators,construct the competency model B company for the discipline inspection personnel from six dimensions and 24 indicators;Then,establish the discipline inspection and supervision personnel training system based on the competency model,from the improvement of the selection and employment mechanism,improve the quality of professional training,make innovation of personnel training mode and improve the incentive assessment mechanism and other aspects of the application of countermeasures.Finally,this paper puts forward the corresponding measures on how to guarantee the implementation of the discipline inspection personnel training system,so as to ensure the good implementation of the training work. |
