| After the outbreak of COVID-19,the pandemic did not disappear directly after a few months like the SARS,which but repeated intermittently.As of 2022,the pandemic caused by the new coronavirus and its variants are still appearing repeatedly in China and around the world,and residents’ lives are also repeatedly switched between normal time and pandemic time,and thus are affected.The community is the first gate of pandemic prevention,and the residential area is one of the most basic material units of the community.How to design the residential areas combining normal with pandemic time to reduce the impact and harm of the pandemic on residents has become a prominent problem to be solved.Therefore,the thesis aims to improve the resilience of combining normal time with emergency in residential areas,and uses a combination of theory and research to comprehensively analyze the connotation of the concept of combination of normal and pandemic mode in residential areas,explore various factors affecting the resilience of residential areas,and proposes related design strategies to promote the resilience of combining normal with pandemic time in residential areas.Taking the residential areas of Zhengzhou as the research object,the thesis firstly clarifies the practical and policy background of the research,the purpose and significance of the research,as well as the research content and method framework.According to the development and current situation of domestic research,the current situation of relevant foreign research and the development process of foreign urban health movement are sorted out and reviewed.Secondly,the relevant concepts are further defined,based on which a comprehensive analysis of the connotation of the design of the resilient residential areas combining normal with pandemic time is carried out,the actual causes and effects of the design of the residential areas combining normal with pandemic time in the past are reflected,the new experience and new methods of pandemic prevention and control in residential areas in the post-pandemic era are summed up,and the needs of residential areas during normal and pandemic times are analyzed.Then,through a comprehensive analysis,three major elements of the connotation of the resilient residential areas combining normal with pandemic time are proposed,which lays a theoretical foundation for subsequent research.Thirdly,based on the basic urban conditions and medical conditions of Zhengzhou,a research and analysis is carried out,and it is pointed out that the residential areas of Zhengzhou face a high risk of the pandemic,but the medical coverage is not perfect and the importance of Zhengzhou’s residential areas to strengthen their own resilience to fight against pandemic risks is designated.Also,the historical high-risk pandemic residential areas in Zhengzhou are selected to conduct comprehensive research and analysis,covering their historical pandemic situation,basic population situation,building density,overall layout streamline,outdoor venues,entrances and exits,and residential area environment,and the design factors of the residential areas that combine normal with pandemic time are determined,namely,layout circulation,outdoor space,and entrances and exits.Finally,according to the determined influencing factors and the different needs of the residential areas during the pandemic period,three design principles of flexibility in combining normalwith pandemic time,low daily impact,and environmental safety are proposed.On this premise,a specific strategy for the design of the layout flow,outdoor space,and entrance and exit is put forward in the design of the resilient residential areas combining normal with pandemic time,and the above strategy is applied to the case design and optimization practice of the high-end talent residential area of the Henan Pharmaceutical Innovation and Transformation Base,which verifies the practical operability and theoretical guiding significance of the relevant strategy. |
