Research On The Renewal Design Of Qingdao Liyuan House

Qingdao City,Shandong Province,as a modern port city,has a superior geographical location.On this scenic land,there is a red tile covering the historic building with strong texture,which adds a different style to Qingdao.The building here is Qingdao Liyuan House.Qingdao Liyuan House was born under the influence of special historical period,it is a unique residential form of Qingdao.However,the current living conditions of the courtyard are not optimistic.The existing public infrastructure can no longer meet the living needs of the residents,and a large number of courtyard residents have moved out.With the continuous development of the shantytown renovation project of the Qingdao Municipal Government,how to dispose of these courtyard buildings has become the primary issue.Based on the investigation and study of the vacant Qingdao courtyard,the design strategy and renewal principles of the courtyard were explored to enable it to develop for a longer period of time and radiate stronger vitality.The improvement of the economic level is of great significance.On the basis of literature theoretical research,field visits and questionnaires for surrounding residents,this article sorts out the current status of the courtyard and analyzes its value,and then concludes the necessity of updating the design.On the basis of previous investigations and investigations,through the combination of excellent domestic and foreign related renovation cases,the experience is summarized and analyzed,and the design strategy and principles of the renovation of the courtyard are obtained.Established an update method that focuses on functional transformation and is supplemented by maintenance and repair.Finally,a case study was carried out on the Jieshouli plot in the Qingdao Liyuan House,and the applicable design techniques were obtained through the analysis of the building status.The building of the Jieshouli plot was initially planned and designed.Hope to make useful attempts for the revitalization of Qingdao's historical districts.
