Study On The Application Of Lean Construction Technology In The General Contract Project In The North Area Of Block 4 Of Zhonghai International Community

In the rapid development of our country,the construction industry is also rapidly rising,whether it is the contribution to the national economy,the creation of jobs and so on have made a contribution.But in the development process of construction industry in the project management,operation and construction process problems also emerged slowly.Construction management in Chinese construction enterprises is still in the state of extensive management,there are many phenomena such as the backward construction technology,the lack of strict construction organization,the rough project planning,the big waste on site,the delay of construction period,the lack of cost control,the low qualified rate of quality and the accidents in production safety.For the above problems must be resolved,in this context,the concept of lean production has gradually been used in project management-lean construction concept born.This paper introduces the lean construction theory,which is a new construction mode,in the construction process will effectively reduce construction costs,improve project quality,enhance the project’s ability to fulfill contracts,etc.,and to safety management,environmental management and so on to play a greater role.Based on the lean construction theory and taking the general contract project of the North area of block 4 of Zhonghai international community as a concrete case study,this paper analyzes the application of lean construction in high-rise residential building projects,the application feasibility of lean construction is verified by using analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy analysis method,and the problems that lean construction faces in the application of the general contract project in the North area of block 4of Zhonghai international community are discovered,and gives the concrete proposal pertinently.
