Implementation Of Project Management In A Hotel-style Office Building

Project has a long history,the corresponding project management practice and research also has a long history.But as a systematic theoretical system and methods of modern project management appeared only a few decades.In recent years,project management in our country has attracted more and more attention.Project management theory has been popularized in many engineering projects and project management fields.With the rapid development of China's economy,high-rise projects as a landmark in the city,where they stand,based on the characteristics of high-rise projects,high,difficult and dangerous for the project construction units have put forward new challenges.Learning new project management knowledge,advanced construction technology,and through the successful application of engineering practice,promotion,as the focus of the work unit,the difficulty.Construction enterprises can only keep up with the rapid development of society,the pace can not be eliminated by the community.Based on the basic theories and management methods of engineering project management,this paper analyzes and summarizes the beneficial management methods in the project implementation process fromspective of contractors,taking the Z Hotel office building project undertaken by China Erye Group as the background.Discusses the feasibility of the project management theory in the process of project implementation,analyzes the existing problems in the project management and puts forward some improvement ideas.In the implementation of the project management process,we should ensure the quality of the project planning documents,the content should be comprehensive,attention to detail,can be implemented strong;for the project department equipped with sound organization,knowledgeable,motivated young people The project safety management work as the red line of project management,safety management is not perfect,not in place may not carry out other project meanagement work;strict construction quality,pay attention to the project managemnt,Construction process control,strict construction quality of each process;with the project characteristics,scientific and reasonable arrangements for the construction schedule,effectively mobilize a variety of construction resources,so that the progress of the project to meet the contract duration requirements;implementation of fine project management,Control project cost,enhance enterprise cost control ability;strengthen enterprise to new technology,new technology development and popularization and application,strengthen enterprise branch Technology level,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.The research in this paper provides a useful reference for the future re-construction of the similar projects,which is a useful discussion for the future development of the enterprise.
