Research On The Optimization Of The Process Of Tianjin Airport’s Cross-Border E-Commerce

As one of the most important modes of transportation to cross-border e-commerce,the operational efficiency of air transportation will directly affect the efficiency and quality of cross-border e-commerce.At the same time,as a key node in air transport,airports play a decisive role in the efficiency and quality of air transport.Therefore,the improvement of cross-border e-commerce package circulation efficiency in airports will greatly promote and support the development of cross-border e-commerce in China,and its importance becomes self-evident.As an important open port in Tianjin,Tianjin Binhai International Airport started cross-border e-commerce business as early as in2015,but compared with Tianjin Port,its annual handling capacity of cross-border ecommerce is still lower.Therefore,how to further promote the development of crossborder e-commerce in Tianjin Airport has become a practical matter.Through on-thespot investigation visit found that at present the Tianjin airport of cross-border electronic clearance process efficiency is affecting the development of airport crossborder electricity business one of the important influencing factors,so this article will select the Tianjin Binhai international airport as the research object,focuses on crossborder package in the port and clearance process of the airport,through cross-border electricity into the port of Tianjin airport business process and the outbound business process analysis to find restrict Tianjin airport cross-border electricity low efficie nc y of business process,on the basis of cross-border electricity,or business process optimization to Tianjin airport cross-border electricity and improve the work efficie nc y.The specific arrangement of this thesis is as follows: Firstly,it will start with determining the methods and ideas to solve the problem based on the analysis of the selected topic background and the significance,this thesis select the stochastic Petri nets as a modeling tool to model Tianjin airport cross-border e-commerce import and export process,then it will show up the main factors which impacting import and export process through Petri net network constitutive relation analysis and markov chain analysis,through restructuring associated matrix based on which the reorganization of business process optimization and optimization algorithm to build on a Petri net model to optimize business processes,After obtaining the comprehensive optimiza t io n scheme,Flexsim was selected as the simulation analysis software to conduct simula t io n analysis on the comprehensive optimization scheme.At the same time,it was compared with the original business process efficiency at the port of entry and exit.Finally,the simulation results showed that the proposed process optimization scheme could effectively improve the business process efficiency at the port of entry and exit of airport cross-border e-commerce.
