Research On Process Optimization Of China Eastern Logistics Pharmaceutical Cold Chain Based On Stochastic Time Petri Net

In recent years,with the development of national health awareness and the innovation,the domestic pharmaceutical industry has maintained a strong development trend.With the development of it,relevant departments actively improve policies to promote the efficient operation of pharmaceutical industry chain.With the improvement of "pharmaceutical cold chain logistics operation specification",the requirements of pharmaceutical products in transportation are more standardized,which further ensures that pharmaceutical products must be controlled under appropriate transportation conditions in the process of production and circulation,so as to ensure the final consumption safety of pharmaceutical products.Aviation logistics is an important part of modern logistics,which accounts for a large proportion in the pharmaceutical transportation market.China Eastern logistics is in an important position in the domestic air cargo industry,and occupies a certain proportion of the pharmaceutical cold chain transportation market share.Therefore,starting from the reality,this paper analyzes the current situation of China Eastern logistics pharmaceutical cold chain,and draws it flow chart.Secondly,Petri net modeling is carried out to verify the correctness of the Petri net model.one is to analyze the subnet relationship of the Petri net of the cold chain logistics process by using the incidence matrix reorganization algorithm;the other is to analyze the performance of the core nodes of it by constructing the stochastic time Petri net Markov chain,and point out the bottleneck and key nodes of the process.Then,based on it,the original cold chain process is optimized by business process reengineering method,and the optimized business process is established,and the improved process is modeled.Finally,the Petri net business process before and after optimization is simulated by Tina software to verify the effect of the optimization scheme.At the same time,it provides some safeguard measures and suggestions for the implementation of China Eastern logistics pharmaceutical cold chain process optimization.
