Abstract/Summary:
With the vigorous development of China’s civil aviation transportation industry,the air traffic control of communication,navigation and surveillance business has also made considerable development and progress,basically forming a systematic,standardized and professional operation support system,which provides basic support for the normal operation of China’s civil aviation air traffic management system.However,due to the rapid increase of air traffic flow caused by the increase of flight sorties,regional air traffic control presents three major development trends: large flow,high density and rapid growth,and airspace management is becoming increasingly complex,which puts forward more stringent requirements for the safety level and operation quality of air traffic control.In order to give full play to the equipment performance and predict the impact on the signal coverage when the civil aviation equipment fails to meet the operation requirements at a specific location or time,a set of airport terminal area station query and coverage evaluation system is designed and implemented.Firstly,according to the working principle and antenna theory of station equipment,the equipment antenna is modeled by using 3D electromagnetic simulation software,and its electromagnetic characteristics are analyzed.Then,the signal coverage is obtained by considering the line of sight propagation,base station antenna radiation distance,line of sight cut-off distance and other factors.Based on the ray method,dichotomy method and surface coordinate method,the quantitative evaluation algorithm of signal coverage change of equipment is established,including distance measurement and area measurement.Finally,the signal coverage changes of route and sector before and after equipment failure,including coverage distance and area changes,are quantitatively evaluated,and scene simulation is realized based on 3D geographic information system.The coverage changes are visualized in three dimensions,and the evaluation report is generated,which provides necessary data support for equipment failure emergency disposal and operation safety.
