| The structural depth of asphalt pavement affects the pavement performance.Low structural depth of asphalt pavement will affect the road safety.The common detection methods of pavement structure depth are time-consuming and laborious,and the detection results are greatly influenced by human factors.Digital image processing technology has the advantages of low cost and fast detection speed.It has a good application prospect in the detection of asphalt pavement structure depth.In this paper,the continuous detection technology of asphalt pavement structure depth based on video digital image is studied.Video capture technology of asphalt pavement is studied.Video frame extraction technology is analyzed by combining feature extraction and clustering analysis.Image processing technology is applied to the video frame image to reconstruct the three-dimensional image and calculate the asphalt pavement structure depth.Sand-laying method is used to verify and analyze the structural depth calculated by digital image method.By using GPS positioning technology,video capture technology,video frame extraction technology,image processing method,MATLAB and Lab VIEW mixed programming method,a continuous detection system of asphalt pavement structure depth is established based on Lab VIEW platform.The research results show that using video images can quickly and accurately analyze the structural depth of asphalt pavement.In this paper,the processing method of video image is given.The principle of video frame extraction is related to the moving speed of video recording.The faster the moving speed is,the smaller the frame-taking interval is.In this paper,the number of video frame-taking intervals is recommended to be 16.In this paper,the Lambert body surface reflection model is used to reconstruct the two-dimensional surface of the video frame image after graying and denoising.The structure depth of the asphalt pavement surface represented by the reconstructed three-dimensional image is calculated and compared with the asphalt pavement structure depth measured by sand laying method at the same position,which proves that the video image calculation can be used to reconstruct the two-dimensional surface of the asphalt pavement.The results are of high accuracy.Based on the method of calculating pavement structure depth by video digital image analysis,this paper develops a continuous detection system of asphalt pavement structure depth based on video image,and tests it on the site pavement of Gongdong Expressway in Yunnan Province to verify its reliability and practicability.The pavement structure depth detection technology based on video digital image proposed in this paper can quickly collect,process and locate the image of asphalt pavement,realize the rapid and continuous detection of the structure depth of asphalt pavement,and can be applied to the actual detection of the structure depth of asphalt pavement,improve the detection efficiency and reduce the detection cost. |
