| It needs to maintain the historical features and preserve the outer walls and roof of old buildings,but the load-bearing and safety cannot meet the use requirements and the reinforcement works can only be carried out in cramped interior usually.The main characteristics of old buildings in Fujian’s historic blocks is revealed through field investigations in this dissertation.Because of the neighbors of this type of buildings using the same wall together,with narrow breadths,large depths,high floor height,and complex property rights,that resulted in small operation space for repair projects,and needs to be careful to prevent wall collapse when constructing.The common reinforcement and reconstruction methods are hard to use,and new methods need to be developed.In view of the fact that the old load-bearing system can no longer be used,it is proposed to install a new steel frame into interior to bear all the loads and reinforce and support the original structure.The steel frame is pre-assembled and designed to be divided into parts so that can be carried manually.By comparison and selection found that the box-section steel frame structure is the best to use.This dissertation focuses on the engineering design calculations of the column and beam sections;the inner pipebolt splicing joints of the box section is designed;the construction techniques for repair,reinforcement and transformation of old buildings have been drawing up.The new method has achieved good results in the reconstruction of historical blocks.Because this kind of projects are small and complicated,the cost is not much,and it is difficult to strictly require the construction builders,which makes to be explicit in engineering design stage,and the drawing expression must be concise,rigorous,detailed and easy to understand.This dissertation has carried out a lot of work on the construction drawing and construction organization design of this kind of project,drawn the supporting construction drawing,compiled the project budget and construction organization design,which has reference value for the implementation of the similar projects. |
