Reconstruction And Reuse Of Urban Historic Districts

With the renewal of the city,the problem of the transformation and reuse of the historical and cultural blocks has been changed from the simple protection to the combination of the citizen’s life and the urban industry.The reconstruction and reuse of historical and cultural blocks is no longer a mere matter of the maintenance and renewal of the material space,it is more involved in the transformation strategy,the transformation of methods,social and economic,historical and cultural aspects.This paper is closely related to the historic district of the city renovation and reuse of the domestic and international social background,fully analyzed the field research,interdisciplinary research and chart data,is above the core value based on historical and cultural city blocks,excavation,protection and rational use of the historic district cultural value,academic value,economic value.To solve the optimization;historical block reuse in the process of "protection" and "development" contradiction,actively develop reasonable policies and strategies to optimize people point of view,discuss the research for the historical block reuse strategy;based on the perspective of academic research,the historical block reuse process the design involves the transformation method and protection of technological problems.The combination of the five Avenue core research area transformation process,industry layout,building and planning for the research status of the city historic district renovation work from city planning,architectural design,the design of public facilities,landscape design,interior decoration design "perspective,the design method of the combination of various disciplines,the historical block design in the transformation strategy,and from the angle of architectural theory and economic development discussed in terms of the comprehensive value of the historic district.
