Research On The Ethical Issues Of Driverless Vehicle From The Perspective Of Technology Risk

Driverless vehicle is based on artificial intelligence technology,through the cooperation of environment perception,decision-making control,human-computer interaction and other system modules to achieve automatic vehicle driving.This technology integrates a variety of advanced technologies such as environmental perception,artificial intelligence,neural network,automatic mechanical control,etc.its development needs the integration and penetration of multi disciplines and multi disciplines as the internal support.In recent years,with the development of computer technology and sensor technology,the automotive intelligent technology has been widely used and spread,which brings the opportunity of revolutionary change to the automotive industry.As the ultimate form of intelligent vehicle,driverless vehicle has gradually entered into people’s life and attracted great attention.On the one hand,people are looking forward to the comfortable and safe experience brought about by the development of driverless vehicles;on the other hand,the technical risks brought by driverless vehicles and the resulting ethical issues have become an important factor restricting their further development.At present,the development of driverless vehicle technology is still faced with technology risks such as perception risk,decision risk and human-computer interaction risk.Although the technical risk of driverless vehicle is reflected in the technical level,the ethical problems caused by the application of the technology in the society and the social risks caused by the impact on the existing ethical system are still problems that must be responded and solved in the technical development.The ethical problems caused by the risks of driverless vehicle technology include: safety ethics based on user privacy security and driverless information system security;human machine relationship ethics based on moral subject,moral decision-making and moral crisis;and responsibility ethics of driverless vehicle technology.The causes of the ethical problems caused by the technical risks of driverless vehicles are complex,including not only the complexity of technology itself,but also the practice environment of technology and the lack of relevant technical standards.Therefore,to guide and regulate the technical risks and ethical issues involved in intelligent technologies such as driverless vehicles,we need to take multiple measures at the same time.This paper focuses on the improvement of the ethical system of technical responsibility and the ethical supervision system of driverless technology to achieve the ethical risk of driverless vehicles.
