For the special silo structure,compared with other modes,the mode of climbing formwork is favored for its characteristics of automatic climbing,simple operation process,less participants,high construction efficiency and excellent quality,which is widely used in the construction process of many large and medium-sized silo structures.In recent years,due to frequent accidents such as falling from high places and object strikes caused by the collapse of climbing formwork,it is still the top priority of silo construction work to control the safety of the formwork during the construction of the silo.Therefore,when the climbing formwork system is used in the concrete pouring process of the special silo,the construction safety control is the core control point.This paper takes an actual special silo structure climbing formwork construction project as the research background,analyzes the possible risk factors and key construction techniques,uses the method of Euclidean weighted correlation degree to evaluate the safety risk of the climbing formwork process,and proposes the corresponding safety control measures.It is hopes that it can provide a reference for the follow-up special silo climbing formwork construction.The main content of the study includes the following four aspects:(1)Research on safety management theory of climbing formwork construction for special silo structure.Firstly,systematically sort out the relevant contents of the special silo structure,and make a deeper analysis of the current status of the safety risk management of the construction of the special silo structure at home and abroad.On this basis,the basic theory of safety risk management is summarized.It provides a theoretical basis for the risk management research of special silo structure construction projects.(2)Research on key technology of climbing formwork construction of special silo structure.By analyzing the climbing system of the special silo structure of a specific project,combing the key structural nodes,studying the key technology of the climbing structure construction of the special silo structure,and finally checking the bearing capacity and stability of the frame body and formwork,as follow-up safety risk assessment laid the foundation.(3)Research on safety risk assessment of climbing formwork construction for special silo structure.Based on the identification results of the influence factors of climbing formwork safety for special silo structures,a safety risk assessment index system for climbing formwork construction of special silo structures is constructed.The grey relative Euclidean weighted correlation theory is introduced to establish a safety risk assessment model,and the established model is used to assess the safety risk of the climbing formwork construction project of a special silo structure,and the feasibility and effectiveness of the model are demonstrated.(4)Research on safety risk control of climbing formwork construction of special silo structure.Through the research on the safety management theory,key construction technologies,and safety risk assessment of the special silo structure climbing formwork construction,the safety risk control theory of the construction process of the special silo structure is analyzed,the safety risk management system is established,and a series of safety risk control measures are proposed.It can provide a reference for the safety risk control of climbing formwork construction of special silo structure in the future. |
