| At present,there are three main methods of cancer treatment: surgical resection,radiation therapy and chemotherapy.According to relevant data,more than 60% of patients have used radiation therapy,and various types of hospitals have also introduced a large number of various radiological medical devices,mainly linear accelerators.How to safely use these radiological medical devices so that they can accurately act on cancerous tissues in the body without causing excessive damage to normal tissues and organs in the body is a common concern of hospital doctors and cancer patients.The three-dimensional water tank can quickly scan and collect the radiation dose in the water,measure the distribution of the radiation,and provide safety guarantee for the maintenance and calibration of the linear accelerator.At present,the research on three-dimensional water tank by related institutions in China is still very lacking.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out research on the design of three-dimensional water tank.This topic mainly designs and studies the control system of three-dimensional water tank.First of all,according to the working principle of three-dimensional water tank,the mechanical structure design of three-dimensional water tank is introduced,mainly including the scanning motion mechanism,leveling mechanism and lifting mechanism of three-dimensional water tank.Secondly,the hardware design of the three-dimensional water tank control system is carried out,including the overall design of the control system hardware,the detailed selection of the main components of the control system and the design of the electrical schematic diagram.Thirdly,the software design of the three-dimensional water tank control system is carried out,including the software design of the upper computer and the software design of the lower computer.Among them,a data acquisition and analysis software was developed in the upper computer using VB6.0programming language.By setting parameters in the software,data acquisition can be performed automatically with different scanning paths.The lower computer compiles all the control programs of the programmable controller(PLC).At the same time,the touch screen human-machine interface is designed.Finally,because the automatic leveling control is a non-linear control system,conventional PID is difficult to achieve good control performance,so the intelligent control algorithm is introduced,the fuzzy PID control scheme is proposed,and the fuzzy PID controller is designed according to the scheme.After that,the three-dimensional water tank automatic leveling control system model is established in Matlab software,and the simulation curve is analyzed in detail.At the same time,the automatic leveling experimental device is built.After field debugging,the feasibility of the fuzzy PID three-dimensional water tank leveling control scheme designed in this paper is verified.Based on the analysis of the mechanical structure of the three-dimensional water tank,this paper focuses on the research of the three-dimensional water tank control system.Aiming at the problem of water tank leveling in the process of three-dimensional water tank positioning,an automatic leveling control scheme of three-dimensional water tank based on fuzzy PID algorithm is proposed.Computer simulation and field experiments show that the application of fuzzy PID algorithm in the automatic leveling system will make the system have the advantages of fast response,small overshoot and short adjustment time. |
