Aiming at the shortcomings of high labor intensity and low construction efficiency in the traditional subway track concrete base construction,this paper studies the control strategy of the subway track concrete base leveling device based on electro-hydraulic control.Based on the analysis of the structural characteristics of various concrete ground levelers at home and abroad,this paper proposes a new type of subway track concrete base leveling construction technology and its control device based on electro-hydraulic control.The overall design scheme of electro-hydraulic leveling system controller for precision leveling operation vehicle is established.BIM(Building Information Modeling)building information modeling software Civil 3D is used to parameterize the concrete base surface of subway tunnel,so as to obtain ideal longitudinal and cross slope coordinate data.The hardware circuit of ARM controller is designed,and AMESim software is used to parameterize modeling of leveling hydraulic system,and the feasibility of this model is simulated.The mathematical model of electro-hydraulic proportional valve used in the experiment is identified by MATLAB/AMESim joint simulation.The leveling system of precision leveling vehicle is simulated by Matlab/AMESim.According to the displacement accuracy of piston rod of hydraulic cylinder,the time required for piston rod tracking,the pressure change of leveling cylinder and the flow change of leveling cylinder,the traditional PID,FUZZY-PID and sliding film variable structure control algorithms are used for simulation and comparison.The research results show that the FUZZY-PID control algorithm has great advantages over the other two algorithms in the case of parameter tuning.To sum up,the research results in this paper have laid a theoretical foundation for the future design of Metro concrete pedestal leveling machine system.It has certain engineering practical value for improving the labor intensity of subway track concrete base construction,improving leveling accuracy and construction efficiency.
