Nowadays,the UAV is being widely used in all areas of the military and national economy.The gyroscope can provide accurate signals such as position,level,velocity and acceleration.With these signals,the UAV can ensure proper aircraft attitude to complete flight and combat missions.Gyro installation requires the aircraft to be horizontal.This paper focuses on a high-precision automatic leveling control system,and through analyzing the technical and performance requirements of this system to design a set of high-precision PLC platform leveling control system which can make carrying platform to achieve a rapid,stable,high-precision leveling,aiming at improving the two key performance indicators of the automatic leveling control system ——leveling time and leveling accuracy.Firstly,through a comprehensive analysis of system control requirements,control principle and technical indicators,the paper argues overall program in terms of selecting the host controller,drive modes,supporting ways,and ultimately determines the leveling platform design scheme which adopts the four-leg rigid supporting mode using PLC as the main controller and the driving mode of electrical driving.The paper further analyzes the system hardware components and working principle and highlights the selection and function of the main components.Then,the paper mainly discusses the leveling method of the automatic leveling system and proposes a "manifold cycles" leveling method,which greatly simplifies the leveling process and,to some extent,reduces the possibility of “virtual leg”.Besides,according to the leveling strategies,it concludes the overall leveling process and introduces the leveling principle in details.The paper details the research on the design of fuzzy PI controller with the characteristics of better adaptability and accurate control.The research mainly includes I/O quantity of the controller,selection of argument,membership function,and setting of fuzzy rules.Through calculation,we can get a fuzzy control table.With this table,PI parameters can be corrected,then final output control quantity can be obtained.In the end,the paper completes the automatic leveling control system software design,analyzes the working principle of the PLC and software development environment,conducts the overall design of automatic leveling system software,develops the initialization procedure,states the testing procedures and automatic leveling procedures etc,and completes the compilation of system procedure codes.Finally,on-site commissioning and testing of the automatic leveling control system is completed,which shows that the product meets the design specification requirements,and runs well.
