Petrochemical industry is the foundation and pillar industry of China’s national economy.The development of petrochemical industry is bound to affect the development and stability of national economy.At the same time,petrochemical industry also provides technical materials and strategic materials for national defense industry.QLGK company is located in the upstream of the petrochemical industry supply chain,and is committed to the production and research and development of new environmental catalytic materials.At present,the company is gradually growing.It is a leading enterprise in the same industry in China,with high production capacity and strong R & D team as its biggest advantages.It has maintained this cooperation with European and American Chemical giants all the year round.In order to strengthen the competitiveness of the company to maintain the leading position in the industry,it is particularly important to effectively integrate its supplier resources and improve the level of supplier management.Scientific and accurate selection and evaluation of suppliers plays a very important role in enterprise supplier management.Excellent suppliers can not only help enterprises reduce their operating costs,improve product quality and timely delivery rate,but also bring other value-added services,making enterprises among the best in this fully competitive market in China.This paper analyzes and studies the supplier evaluation system of QLGK company through field investigation,questionnaire survey and quantitative analysis,hoping to help QLGK improve its supplier management deficiencies,and improve its competitiveness in the industry.The results show that:(1)there are some problems and deficiencies in the existing raw material supplier evaluation system of QLGK,which mainly show that the self-evaluation index is relatively single,the evaluation index is not set comprehensively,the evaluation index system is lack of dynamic,the evaluation method is subjective,and the evaluation results are not strong for the follow-up supplier management.(2)Based on the lack of evaluation system,the paper makes clear the principle and objective of optimization based on the research results of experts at home and abroad.The index weight is determined by principal component analysis and structure entropy weight method.The supplier evaluation index system with 19 indexes in five aspects is established.(3)Based on the selection of raw material suppliers of polymer sieve products in QLGK company,the supplier evaluation was carried out by using the modified evidence theory,and the raw material suppliers of zeolite products were determined,and the scientificity and operability of the evaluation system were verified.(4)Next,QLGK should take measures such as implementing supplier classification management,strengthening the supplier cooperation relationship,and regularly reviewing suppliers to improve the level of supplier management.
