The reserves of coal resources in Inner Mongolia are the first in China.The mismatch of coal supply and demand makes coal logistics play an extremely important role.The cost of coal transportation remains high,and there is less research on coal transportation and coal resource flow in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.The layout of coal logistics nodes and channels directly affects the operation efficiency and transportation cost.Therefore,from the distribution and production of coal resources,the construction of coal logistics nodes and the layout of logistics channels,this paper expounds the current situation of the spatial layout of coal logistics in Inner Mongolia,summarizes the existing problems,and points out the necessity of optimizing the spatial layout of coal logistics.Select the indicators related to the comprehensive capacity of logistics nodes,establish a set of index system that can comprehensively reflect the comprehensive capacity of coal logistics nodes,use the principal component analysis method to evaluate the comprehensive capacity of each node city,and select several node cities with strong comprehensive capacity and top ranking as hub node cities.Using the gravity model to measure the coal logistics connection strength between the coal logistics node cities,determine the radiation range of the coal hub node cities,analyze and select the connection channel between the node cities.Then,the hub and spoke logistics network optimization model is established based on the hub and spoke theory,and the rationality of node and channel layout optimization in Chapter 4 and Chapter 5 is verified with the objective of optimizing the logistics network cost.The results show that Ordos,Hohhot and Chifeng should be selected as hub cities from the perspective of logistics capacity.According to the theory of axis and spoke,the trunk road should be built between Ordos,Hohhot and Chifeng;Branch lines will be built between Ordos and Baotou,Hohhot and Ulanqab,Chifeng and Tongliao;The point-to-point branch lines should be built between non hub cities with strong attraction,such as Wuhai and Bayannaoer,Bayannaoer and Baotou,Baotou and Ulanqab.Through the verification of the optimization effect,it is found that the main line channel,branch line channel and point-to-point branch line channel constructed in Ordos,Hohhot and Chifeng are in line with the goal of optimal cost;The channel layout plan also needs to increase the branch channel between Hohhot and Baotou,and the point-to-point branch channel between Hulunbeier and Xing'an League.
