The coordinated development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt region has been the focus of attention for a long time,and energy,ecology and economy are the three important aspects at present to achieve the overall coordination of the region.From the current development status,the energy consumption of the Yangtze River Economic Belt shows a steady rise in development,but its share in the national energy consumption is gradually decreasing.In terms of ecology,industrial sulfur dioxide and industrial wastewater show a significant decline,which indicates that the Yangtze River Economic Belt is remarkable in terms of energy consumption upgrading and environmental management.And for the Yangtze River Economic Belt to achieve efficient and high-quality development,it is naturally closely related to the development of the economy.Ecological priority and green development are the keynote of sustainable development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,and how to achieve high-quality economic development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt on the basis of reducing energy consumption and maintaining ecology is crucial to the future construction of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.Therefore,it is important to study the spatial and temporal characteristics and influencing factors of the efficiency of the energy-ecology-economy complex system of the Yangtze River Economic Belt for the sustainable development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.Guided by system theory and coordinated development theory,this paper measures the efficiency of the energy-ecology-economy complex system of Yangtze River Economic Belt by constructing an index system and using network SBM-DEA and makes an analysis based on the results.Then the spatial distribution characteristics,spatial agglomeration characteristics and center of gravity migration of the energy-ecology-economy complex efficiency of the Yangtze River Economic Belt were visualized and analyzed by using Arc GIS10.2 and Geo Da software.Then the Tobit model was used to analyze the influence of relevant influencing factors on the energy-ecology-economy composite efficiency of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.Finally,a series of calculations,analyses,comparisons and summaries are conducted to draw conclusions and suggest improvements accordingly.The main conclusions of this paper are:(1)The energy-ecology-economy compound efficiency of the Yangtze River economic Belt shows a fluctuating development trend,mainly fluctuating between 0.3 and 0.4.On the whole,it shows a fluctuating upward trend,but the rate of increase is slow,which indicates that the energy-ecology-economy composite efficiency of Yangtze River Economic Belt still has more room for improvement.(2)In terms of spatial distribution,the number of cities with medium and higher efficiency levels is more than half,and the distribution shows that the efficiency of the lower Yangtze River is higher than that of the middle Yangtze River than that of the upper Yangtze River.Most of the cities with high efficiency and higher efficiency levels are concentrated and distributed in the area of Shanghai and Jiangsu in the lower reaches of Yangtze River and Hubei in the middle reaches of Yangtze River.(3)From the analysis of spatial autocorrelation,the change of global Moran index shows a "V" shape,indicating that the spatial agglomeration state first weakens and then strengthens,and the spatial difference has a phase characteristic.The number of cities in the four types of local spatial high-high agglomeration,high-low agglomeration,low-high agglomeration and low-low agglomeration all show a trend of decreasing first and then increasing.(4)From the change of the trajectory of the center of gravity,the trajectory of the center of gravity mainly shows the movement pattern of southwest first and then northeast.The center of gravity moves mainly in the middle reaches of Yangtze River.The coverage of the standard deviation ellipse is mainly in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River and the lower reaches of the Yangtze River,with less coverage in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River.(5)The energy-ecology-economy compound efficiency of the Yangtze River Economic Belt is influenced by various factors,among which industrial development and economic level have a significant positive correlation on the compound efficiency,financial level and openness have a significant negative correlation on the compound efficiency,and industrial structure and government intervention have a negative correlation on the compound efficiency,but it is not significant.Combining the above research results,this paper argues that to improve the integrated development of energy,ecology and economy in the Yangtze River Economic Belt and to promote more coordination among them,we should start from the following aspects.First,we should accelerate the adjustment of industrial structure.By promoting the transformation and upgrading of the secondary industry and increasing the development of the tertiary industry,we should promote a more reasonable industrial layout.Second,to strengthen cooperation between regions.By improving the regional cooperation mechanism,strengthening the integration of regional resources,promoting the transfer of industries in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River to the middle and upper reaches of the Yangtze River,and promoting coordinated regional development.Third,we should increase ecological protection and construction.By raising awareness of environmental protection,strengthening environmental protection and remediation,and promoting ecological construction at multiple levels from the state,enterprises and individuals.Fourth,focus on the development of science and technology.By increasing investment in scientific and technological research and development,strengthening the training of scientific and technological personnel,accelerating the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,promoting technological progress in energy utilization and improving environmental management technology.Fifth,promote the transformation of industrial enterprises.Through enterprise self-improvement,government supervision,public supervision,accelerate the transformation of enterprises,and promote energy conservation and environmental protection.Sixth,improve the assessment mechanism.Incorporate energy,ecological and economic multi-party indicators into government performance and corporate social responsibility appraisals to promote the coordinated development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt...
