Performance Evaluation Of SH Energy Enterprises Under The Background Of Green Transformation

Currently,the development and utilization of materials by humans have been in an excessive or even wasteful state for a long time,which has become one of the important reasons for destroying the ecological environment.In today’s increasingly serious ecological and environmental issues,environmental protection and economic development has become the core content of ecological civilization construction.Enterprises are an important driving force for social development,and it is even more necessary to consider how to undertake the important task of protecting the ecological environment while conducting economic activities.In particular,energy enterprises,whose traditional production and operation models of heavy pollution,high consumption,and high emissions can no longer meet the current concept of "green development",need to conduct green economic management in order to achieve sustainable development.If energy companies want to shift from traditional energy intensive business models to green development business models,they need to seize the opportunity of green transformation.Many energy companies integrate the concept of green development into their business management,and embark on a green path of sustainable development through research and development of green technologies and accelerating industrial transformation.Driven by the concept of green transformation,enterprises will invest in environmental protection and research and development,thus occupying part of the enterprise’s capital and increasing costs.Under such a background,the evaluation of enterprise performance should not be limited to the traditional financial dimension,but should introduce financial indicators and green environmental indicators related to green transformation to evaluate the performance.SH energy enterprise is a representative energy and chemical enterprise in China.The enterprise insists on promoting the green and sustainable development of the enterprise through a series of measures such as green technology innovation,development of green energy,and green management.Therefore,this thesis takes SH energy enterprises as the case study object,evaluates the financial,environmental and social responsibility performance respectively by constructing corresponding performance evaluation system,and then selects indicators related to green transformation to analyze the performance changes of SH energy enterprises,finds out the problems in the performance efficiency of enterprises,and puts forward corresponding suggestions.The study found that the financial performance of SH energy companies still needs to be improved,while the overall performance of environmental performance and social responsibility performance is better.In the process of green transformation,enterprises should coordinate environmental protection and economic development,strengthen their cost control capabilities,optimize the industrial structure by developing more green products,improve their comprehensive competitiveness,and create more profits for enterprises.Through the performance research of SH energy enterprises,it is expected to provide reference and reference for other energy enterprises in their green transformation.
