The Impact Of Green Transformation On Financial Perfomance Of Erergy Enterprises

After entering the 21st century,great changes have taken place in the global energy situation.The traditional business model of energy enterprises can no longer meet the current development concept of "green water and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains".It is the general trend to take the road of low-carbon,efficient and clean energy development.In order to achieve sustainable development,energy enterprises need to accelerate industrial transformation,develop new technologies,promote sustainable development and complete green transformation.China is the largest energy producer and consumer in the world,and the characteristics of China's energy structure also determine that coal will still occupy a dominant position in energy consumption in the future.However,compared with the developed countries in the world,there is still a big gap in the utilization efficiency of energy resources in China.China has experienced nearly 40 years of rapid growth,ecological environment carrying capacity and energy resources have been unable to support the traditional way of development.Under the circumstances,General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the new strategy of "promoting energy consumption revolution,energy supply revolution,energy technology revolution,energy physique revolution,all-round strengthening international cooperation".Changing the mode of economic development and taking the green road of sustainable development is particularly urgent for energy enterprises.China Shenhua is one of the most representative coal power companies in China.Since 2012,the enterprises have been implementing the green transformation road.Through increasing investment in environmental protection,improving industrial structure and technological innovation,a series of measures have been taken to promote the sustainable development of the enterprises.We have developed a new energy development mode of green mining,green transportation and green transformation.Because the transformation is a long-term process,through the analysis,it is found that the green transformation effect of China Shenhua has gradually become significant after 2015,and the transformation has brought good environmental performance and financial performance to enterprises.This paper analyzes the financial performance of China Shenhua before and after the transformation through the relevant financial indicators,and also compares the average level of China Shenhua with the industry.Finally,through the improved EVA method,the environmental factors and production costs are added in the evaluation process,and the comprehensive performance evaluation of China Shenhua's green transformation is more targeted.It is concluded that China Shenhua's green transformation mode is relatively successful,which provides relevant reference information for other energy enterprises to move towards the green development road.
