The relationship between environment,resources and economy is an essential problem that is extensively concerned and faced by means of all international locations in the world today.Since the reform and opening up,the long-term crude economic growth model has brought large air pollution to the natural ecological environment in China,and enterprises,as the primary subject of pollution emission,have to take the accountability of pollution control and environmental protection while pursuing their own interests.Paper enterprise as China’s traditional manufacturing industry,the rapid pace of development in recent years,production and consumption growth.However,with the continuous expansion of the manufacturing scale,the paper enterprise has grow to be an increasing number of prominent in terms of resource and strength consumption and environmental pollution,and has become one of the pollution-intensive industries that the united states focuses on and manages due to the problems of excessive wastewater discharge and excessive emissions of exhaust gases such as ammonia nitrogen and sulfur dioxide in its production process.In this context,some of the current paper enterprises have implemented green behavior management,such as the introduction of international advanced equipment,the adoption of clean energy,the construction of cloth recycling mode,etc.However,whether or to what extent the green behavior of enterprises has achieved the expected effect requires a corresponding comparison standard system for comprehensive evaluation and measurement.Therefore,it is important to find its vulnerable points and formulate corresponding countermeasure suggestions for what kind of expected effect of green behavior of paper-making enterprises,how to construct evaluation index system and how to evaluate the performance of green behavior of paper-making enterprises and measure the level of green behavior performance of paper-making enterprises.This paper takes the papermaking enterprise as the research object,takes the paper-making enterprise green behavior performance evaluation as the goal,continues the in-depth research on the paper-making enterprise green behavior performance evaluation problem.The main research work and results of the paper are as follows:In response to the problems of insufficient standardization and systematization of green behavior performance evaluation indexes of existing paper-making enterprises and the ambiguity and uncertainty of the evaluation process,a green behavior performance evaluation index system and evaluation model of paper-making enterprises in line with green environmental protection are established.First,on the basis of systematically sorting out the existing literature,using sustainable development theory,resource-based theory and stakeholder theory,combining the existing paper enterprise environmental pollution policy documents and the current situation of paper enterprise green behavior management,clarifying the existing enterprise green behavior management status and environmental protection regulations,establishing a comprehensive multi-level paper enterprise green behavior performance evaluation index system,and using inverse entropy weight theory to calculate The evaluation index weights are calculated using inverse entropy weight theory.Then,the coarse number theory is used to pre-process the evaluation information,improve the uncertainty and fuzziness of the evaluation decision information inthe evaluation decision process,build thepaper enterprise green behavior performance evaluation model through Cloud Model(CM),and use the forward cloud model and inverse cloud model to convert the quantitative and qualitative indicators,reduce the uncertainty and fuzziness in the evaluation process,and improve the The evaluation accuracy is reduced,the evaluation results are more intuitive and close to the actual situation,and the final green behavior performance evaluation of paper enterprises is obtained by comparing the standard cloud map and the final evaluation cloud map.Finally,the performance evaluation index system is applied through a case study to confirm the scientificity,rationality and effectiveness of the proposed method,and to propose targeted measures to optimize the green behavior performance of paper-making enterprises.The research results are expected to provide theoretical support for paper-making enterprises to improve their green behavior management level,enhance their ecological and environmental awareness,improve their green competitiveness,and provide theoretical support for their green behavior performance evaluation research.
