With the continuous development of blasting operation in mine mining,the construction safety problem is also gradually highlighted,and the accident consequences are usually serious.Therefore,the safety evaluation of mine blasting construction is carried out to reduce the occurrence rate of safety accidents,ensure the economic benefits of mine blasting construction,and provide reference for the safe construction of mine blasting.In view of various uncertainties in the safety evaluation of mine blasting construction,by analyzing the main influencing factors of actual mine blasting construction safety accidents,the evaluation index system is established,and the combination weighting method of game theory and cloud matter-element model are used to build a mine blasting construction safety evaluation model of combination weighting and cloud matter-element model for safety evaluation.The main work contents are as follows:(1)Through the analysis of the accident causes of the actual engineering cases of mine blasting construction,the main influencing factors of mine blasting construction safety are obtained,which are divided into four first-level indicators of human,material,environment and management,and 24 second-level indicators of safety awareness of blasting construction personnel,geological and hydrological conditions,and safety supervision.On this basis,the mine blasting construction safety evaluation index system is established.(2)The G1 method and CRITIC method are combined to determine the combination weight through the combination weighting method of game theory,and the one-sided problem of using a single weighting method is eliminated.The cloud matter-element evaluation model is built by coupling the cloud model and matter-element extension model,and the mine blasting construction safety evaluation model based on the combination weighting and cloud matter-element model is proposed in combination with the combination weighting,to solve the uncertainty and randomness problems in the mine blasting construction safety evaluation,improve the accuracy of evaluation results.(3)In order to verify the reliability and accuracy of the mine blasting construction safety evaluation model based on combination weighting and cloud matter-element model,through comparison with the evaluation model based on G1 method and matter-element extension model and the evaluation model based on CRITIC method and cloud model,the results show that the mine blasting construction safety evaluation model based on combination weighting and cloud matter-element model is more accurate and has more advantages than other evaluation models.(4)The safety evaluation model of mine blasting construction based on combination weighting and cloud matter-element model is applied to the safety evaluation of a mine blasting construction stage in Liaoning Province,and the evaluation results are consistent with the actual construction safety situation,which further proves that the safety evaluation model based on combination weighting and cloud matter-element model is reliable,accurate and practical. |
