| Recently,the scale of China’s construction industry is expanded.At the same timr,the construction technology requirements and construction functions are also constantly enhanced.The following problem is that the incidence of construction safety accidents is always high,and the traditional safety management has been difficult to deal with these problems.The emergence of BIM has improved the reduction of construction information in the transmission process,and greatly improved and optimized the traditional production mode of the construction industry from the construction process to the level of organization and management.However,due to the late development of BIM technology in China’s construction industry,Chinese construction enterprises lack sufficient cognition of this new information technology,and most of them still hold a wait-and-see attitude in practical application.Therefore,this study based on the construction of Angle,to build the application of BIM in construction safety management performance evaluation model,the quantitative analysis of construction safety management in the implementation of the BIM technology application effect,reasonable assessment of the safety management level of performance,in order to provide theoretical basis and scientific references for construction enterprise,and advances some improving measures.Based on BIM technology visualization,information completeness,can wait for a characteristic,the figure in the balanced scorecard,information technology and virtual theory as the main theoretical basis,design and construction of BIM in construction safety management performance evaluation research mainly from the following several aspects: one is based on the construction of evaluation index system principles and to construct,extracted by the method of documentary statistics initial performance evaluation related indicators.And combined with information technology benefit evaluation,balanced scorecard and virtual design and construction theory,the indicators were enriched and classified,and finally the expert survey method was used to establish a performance evaluation indicator system consisting of five dimensions and a total of 17 indicators.Secondly,the matter-element extension theory is introduced and its applicability is analyzed.Choosing the AHP to calculate the subjective weight and the modified entropy weight method to calculate the objective weight,the comprehensive weight determination model based on the game theory thought is established.Based on the classification of the performance evaluation grade,a comprehensive evaluation model based on matter-element extension theory is constructed in combination with the comprehensive relative membership degree.Thirdly,taking a construction project as an example,combining the adhibition of BIM in the project,the index frame and the comprehensive estimate model based on matter-element extension of the BIM applied in the construction safety management are applied to the estimate of the project,and the applicability of the evaluation model is viable.Compared to the general construction safety management mode under the non-BIM platform of the enterprise,the application of BIM technology is discussed to effectively improve the safety management level of the company.Through analysis,this study obtained the following results: one is from the project reality,based on the viewpoint of construction enterprises by using the methods of literature and expert investigation to affect the application of BIM in construction safety management performance level to conduct a comprehensive recognition of factors,including financial,customer,was established,product management,learning and growing the five dimensions of a systematic comprehensive index evaluation system.The second is to consider some disadvantages of the single weighting method and use the game theory combined weighting method to solve the shortcomings of the single weighting method.The synthetical performance evaluation model based on matter-element extension method it’s a well scientific and reasonable model,it could reflex the synthetical performance level of the projiect,in addition,it could dig out the definite influencing factors of performance level.It enables construction enterprises to find indicators that affect performance in a timely manner,and take timely measures to improve the application of BIM technology.Third,through comparative analysis with the performance level of construction safety management of general projects,which provides scientific basis and academic reference for promoting the in-depth adhibition and development of BIM technology. |
