| Due to its complex terrain conditions and variable weather conditions,tourist mountain expressways have many traffic safety problems during operation and use.After the tourist mountain expressway is opened to traffic,the accident rate is higher than that of the plain expressway.Therefore,it is particularly important to conduct daily and comprehensive safety management for the operation of tourist mountain expressways.It can effectively investigate and deal with potential dangerous factors in a timely manner to reduce accidents and ensure the safe use of tourist mountain expressways.Combining the actual traffic conditions of tourist mountainous expressways and the characteristics of accidents,a comprehensive safety evaluation method of tourist mountainous expressways in operation and the establishment of its evaluation indexes are proposed.The evaluation index system is mainly set by the road conditions and surrounding roads when vehicles are running.It is composed of evaluation factors such as traffic safety facilities,tunnel facilities,bridge facilities,and road linear conditions.At the same time,the game theory is used to combine the weights required by the AHP method and the entropy weight method.This combination method is an effective method to calculate the index weight,so that the index weight is more balanced,and then combined with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to form a game theory combination The weighted-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation combined model,the highway safety grade obtained by this method,the evaluation result is scientific and accurate.This research provides a comprehensive consideration of subjective and objective conditions for the safety evaluation of highways in tourist mountainous areas.The operability and comprehensive safety evaluation process method provides a reference for future highway traffic safety management. |
