Study On The Protection And Reuse Of Zhaoyuan Gold Industrial Heritage

Industrial heritage is the carrier of industrial culture and the industrial remains with a series of values such as history,science and technology,architecture and economy.In recent years,with the acceleration of industrial transformation and rapid social changes,many industrial heritages have completed their historical mission,quit the stage of history,and come to the brink of abandonment.How to deal with these industrial heritages has become a difficult problem for the whole society,and simply demolishing and destroying them is not feasible.First,from the perspective of value,many heritages have high historical value.Bearing the historical memory of a city and an industry,simple destruction is blasphemy to history;Second,from the economic aspect,industrial heritage often covers a large area,the construction cost is high,simple demolition is too wasteful,but if it can be well used,a lot of experience shows that industrial heritage can be "waste into treasure",through industrial tourism,commercial blocks and other transformation mode to inject new impetus into the local economic development.Therefore,how to protect and reuse the industrial heritage has become a problem that the society has to face.Known as the "Gold Capital of China" and "Gold City Tianfu",Zhaoyuan left the ruins of gold mining more than 2,000 years ago.During the Northern Song Dynasty,the gold production of Denglai Prefecture,where Zhaoyuan is located,once accounted for90% of the country’s total gold production.Today,Zhaoyuan has been the first gold producing city in China for 47 consecutive years.For China’s gold industry,Zhaoyuan is the most representative city.For Zhaoyuan,the gold industry carries nearly half of its historical memory.However,as time goes by,many gold industrial heritages in Zhaoyuan are on the verge of abandonment,and many measures have been taken to protect and reuse these heritages in Zhaoyuan.However,due to the large industrial heritages and lack of protection awareness,there are still many problems in the protection and reuse of industrial heritages in Zhaoyuan.This paper takes Zhaoyuan’s industrial heritage as the research object and makes a series of researches.This paper first introduces the urban situation of Zhaoyuan,sorts out the history of Zhaoyuan’s gold industry from the Spring and Autumn Period to the present day,and summarizes each important node in it.Secondly,it introduces all kinds of relics of Zhaoyuan industrial heritage in detail,analyzes the historical,technological,cultural,social and economic values of the heritage,and expounds the characteristics of Zhaoyuan gold industrial heritage.Then,on the basis of sorting out the status quo of the protection and reuse of Zhaoyuan gold industrial heritage,it analyzes the existing problems such as lack of overall planning,immature resource integration and utilization,inadequate brand publicity,imperfect public facilities and high cost of heritage reuse.Finally,the corresponding solutions to the existing problems are put forward: First of all,the four basic principles of appropriate scope,operability,authenticity and ecological restoration should be established.On the basis of these four principles,a series of measures should be taken to strengthen the linkage between departments,attach importance to the cultivation of talents,set up special funds,encourage public participation,dig deep cultural connotations,strengthen brand building,cultivate cruise economy,Specific optimization of existing attractions,and enable industrial tourism with science and technology.
