The Development Of A Acne Removal Effect Of Skin Care Gel

Objective:Based on the medical treatment theory of the pathogenesis of acne,a skin care gel with acne removing effect was designed and developed for grade I and II acne,using Yunnan characteristic medicinal plant extracts as the main active materials.Methods:1.The bacteriostatic activity of five components with bacteriostatic efficacy was evaluated using the bacteriostatic ring method;Using lipopolysaccharide to induce macrophages RAW264.7 to release TNF-α cellular model of inflammatory factors was used to evaluate the anti-inflammatory activity of six Yunnan characteristic medicinal plant extracts and their composite combinations.2.The selected active substances with antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,improving peritrichal keratinization and repairing skin barrier effects were mixed with other auxiliary materials according to the design process to prepare acne gel,and its properties,physicochemical,health indicators and stability were evaluated with reference to the standards of "Skin Care Gel" 、 "Technical Specifications for the Safety of Cosmetics" and "Technical Guidelines for the Safety Assessment of Cosmetics".3.According to the requirements of relevant laws and regulations such as the Technical Specifications for the Safety of Cosmetics,the safety evaluation of acne gel against skin irritation of animals and humans was carried out.4.The in vitro test used in the screening of raw materials was used to evaluate the antibacterial and anti-inflammatory activities of acne gel,and a horizontal comparison was made with many products on the market that claimed to have acne efficacy;At the same time,human evaluation of the efficacy of acne removal and repair should be conducted in accordance with the relevant regulations on the efficacy of cosmetics.Results:1.Through the evaluation of raw material activity,it was found that Pionin(containing 0.005% quaternary ammonium salt 73)was the best antibacterial material among the five tested ingredients,with good antibacterial activity against Propionibacterium acnes,Staphylococcus aureus,and Staphylococcus epidermidis;Compound 8 raw materials(Panax notoginseng rare saponin CK pre mixed solution3%+purslane extract 1%+dipotassium glycyrrhizinate 0.05%)have the best anti-inflammatory activity,and have the best effect on the inflammatory factor TNF-α The inhibition rate is higher than other test materials.2.Select 21 kinds of raw and auxiliary materials,including salicylic acid SA-200,ceramide,bletilla gum,aloe gel juice,1,3-butanediol,to prepare acne gel according to the design formula and process.All technical indicators comply with the standard requirements of "Skin Care Gel",the hygiene indicators comply with the relevant standard requirements of "Technical Specifications for the Safety of Cosmetics",and the stability also meets the relevant technical requirements of "Technical Guidelines for the Safety Assessment of Cosmetics".3.The skin toxicology test proves that the acne gel has no skin irritation and meets the relevant requirements of the Technical Specifications for Safety of Cosmetics;According to the human test and dermatologist’s evaluation,there were no adverse reactions after 14 and 28 days of continuous use of acne gel.4.According to the laboratory efficacy evaluation,the prepared acne gel has obvious antibacterial effect on Propionibacterium acnes,Staphylococcus epidermidis and Staphylococcus aureus,the size of the antibacterial zone is 34 mm,6mm,and 3mm,respectively;and can inhibit the secretion of LPS by RAW264.7 cells induced by TNF-α、IL-1β and IL-6 have inhibitory effects and anti-inflammatory effects,the inhibition rates were 38.12%,83.29%,and 38.96%,respectively;According to the 28 days human efficacy evaluation,the acne gel has the efficacy of acne elimination and repair,can significantly reduced the facial acne of the subjects,and can significantly increase the moisture content of the cuticle of the skin12.12%,and reduce the water loss of the skin 9.79% through the epidermis.Conclusions:In this project,an anti acne gel was designed and developed.The selected active materials have good antibacterial and anti-inflammatory activities;The technical indicators,stability and safety of the acne gel prepared according to the designed formula and process meet the relevant standards and regulatory requirements of this type of cosmetics.According to the laboratory and human efficacy evaluation,the acne removing gel has antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,acne removing and repairing effects.
