Research On Water Pollution Control Of Minjiang River In Aba Prefecture Based On Public Satisfaction Survey

Minjiang River,an important tributary of the upper reaches of the Yangtze River,originates in Aba Prefecture,Sichuan Province,with a total length of 341 kilometers in Aba Prefecture,flows through Songpan County,Heishui County,Mao County,Li County and Wenchuan County of Aba Prefecture,with a drainage area of 23000 square kilometers.It is one of the important sources of drinking water for urban residents,agricultural irrigation and hydropower development in Aba Prefecture.With the rapid development of social economy,especially the rapid progress of industrialization,the water environment of Minjiang River in Aba Prefecture has been polluted to varying degrees,which has become an important constraint to the sustainable development of economy and society in the Minjiang River basin of Aba Prefecture.Water environment protection has gradually evolved into a hot and difficult issue,which has attracted more and more attention.As the main body of water pollution control,the government pays more and more attention.Although the technology and measures of control have been improved and the effect has also been improved,there is still a big gap between the public demand and the actual needs.Therefore,it is of great practical and urgent significance to explore new ideas and methods for solving water pollution measures in Minjiang River basin of Aba Prefecture.From the perspective of policy and system,this paper aims to deeply analyze the achievements and shortcomings of water pollution control in Aba Prefecture by reading a large number of water pollution control documents,contacting the competent government departments to collect and sort out the water pollution control measures of Minjiang River in Aba Prefecture,using public goods,environmental regulation,public satisfaction and other theories,and combining with public satisfaction evaluation,to find the crux of the problem and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part describes the relevant concepts and theoretical basis,the second part introduces the general situation and measures of Minjiang River water pollution control in Aba Prefecture,the third part analyzes the satisfaction evaluation conducted by the author,the fourth part analyzes the current situation and shortcomings of water pollution control in Aba Prefecture based on the previous work overview and satisfaction evaluation results,and the fifth part puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the problems and causes.The research shows that the general satisfaction of the public with the water pollution control of Minjiang River in Aba Prefecture is low,including the agricultural and rural pollution control,urban pollution control,water resources protection measures of Minjiang River,and the improvement of laws and regulations related to water pollution control by the government.According to the actual situation,there are also shortcomings and deficiencies in the work of the government,which is an important part of the urgent need to improve the work measures.The local government should strengthen the use and management of pesticides,promote scientific planting and breeding,strengthen mass publicity,encourage the public to abide by the law,further improve the river leader system,strengthen river regulation,strengthen ecological law enforcement,strengthen management,continuously improve legislation,and build a scientific and complete legal system.It is hoped that this study can provide useful reference for local governments to control water environment pollution.
