Optimization Research Of Construction Management Plan Of A Extension Project Based On Construction Waste Reduction

With the rapid development of Chinese construction industry in recent years,,a large amount of construction waste had been produced in construction operations.At present,there is about 300 million tons of construction waste being produced in China every year,accounting for about 40% of the total urban waste.Construction waste has become the largest and most concentrated solid waste discharged by a single variety of cities in China.Excessive construction waste not only damages the appearance of the city,but also brings the dilemma of garbage siege to city managers.At the same time,it also has a series of harmful effects on the natural environment and hinders the coordinated and sustainable development of urban social economy and ecological environment.With the continuous development of economy and society and the increasing requirements of environmental protection,the treatment of construction waste is an essential link for the construction of waste-free cities and the treatment of ecological environment,which deserves enough attention.Construction waste reduction is an important concept of construction waste treatment,and construction reduction is an important part of construction waste reduction.As a programmatic document of engineering construction management,construction organization design is facing new challenges under the new situation.How to optimize the construction organization design by using the concept of construction waste reduction has become an urgent problem affecting the social economy and ecological environment of the city.Firstly,this study introduces the background,research purpose and significance,research content and methods.Secondly,the basic concepts and theoretical basis of its construction organization design,construction waste and reduction are summarized,with emphasis on the demolition project and decoration project waste which produce more waste in the reconstruction project.Thirdly,combined with the actual case of a reconstruction project and the characteristics of the project,this paper expounds the general situation of the construction organization design of the project,and analyzes it by using the optimization method of construction organization design,so as to choose the corresponding optimization strategies and schemes from three aspects: safeguard measures,construction management and comprehensive utilization and disposal of garbage.Finally,the waste reduction effect of construction organization design content is evaluated,the evaluation index system is established,and the evaluation results of construction organization design are obtained comprehensively by using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation method.It provides reference for achieving the goal of reducing construction waste in the construction stage,plays a promoting role in improving the project management level,improving the quality and efficiency of green construction and protecting the ecological environment,and is of great significance to the sustainable development of construction projects.
