Research On Low Carbon Development Problems And Countermeasures Of K Refining Enterprises Under The Background Of Energy Transformation

With the advent of the global low-carbon era,an energy system that is clean,carbon-free,smart and efficient has become the trend of the world’s future energy transformation.In the context of the global energy transition,China is striving to transform into more environmentally sustainable energy sources,and the traditional oil industry is also actively facing the new challenges brought by energy transformation.Facing the new challenges,K refining enterprise,as one of the enterprises with leading economic benefits in Xinjiang,while realizing the rapid development of the enterprise,needs to formulate low-carbon transformation strategy and carbon emission reduction targets,complete the construction of low-carbon management system,actively develop low-carbon energy business,continue to promote energy conservation and emission reduction,and complete the low-carbon transformation of the enterprise.Based on the above needs,after combing the relevant scientific research achievements of low-carbon development at home and abroad,this paper studies the low-carbon development of K refining enterprises based on the theoretical principles related to low-carbon development such as low-carbon economy theory and low-carbon economic elements.Firstly,this paper summarizes the experience of low-carbon development of domestic and foreign oil enterprises;secondly,PEST model is used to analyze the external environment of K refining enterprise;thirdly,the internal operation of the enterprise is analyzes from five aspects: production and operation,human resources,management system,technical level and low-carbon development;Based on the above analysis,fishbone diagram is used to analyze the low-carbon transformation problems of enterprises on five sides: system,personnel,business,market and technology;When analyzing the low-carbon development in business,the key role of enterprise energy structure on carbon emission reduction is verified with the help of LMDI factor decomposition model;At last,this paper puts forward transformation countermeasures for the low-carbon development problems of enterprises,in order to play a certain role in the low-carbon development of K refining enterprises.Most of the existing research results on low-carbon development focus on the exploration of national and regional low-carbon development model,and pay less attention to the lowcarbon development of enterprises.This paper studies the countermeasures of enterprise lowcarbon development at the more micro level of K refining enterprises,hoping to have a certain reference significance for the low-carbon development of domestic refining enterprises.
