Research On The Green And Low-Carbon Transformation Path Of Chinese Traditional Auto Enterprises Under The "Double-Carbon" Goal

In the context of the shortage of fossil fuels and the increasingly serious environmental pollution problems,the Party Central Committee proposed the strategic goal of "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality",which requires the realization of low carbonization of my country’s economy by improving energy utilization efficiency and the proportion of clean energy use.develop.As a pillar industry in my country,due to the rapid expansion of the automobile market and the rapid growth of automobile production and sales,the automobile industry has caused a series of problems such as energy consumption and environmental pollution that are contrary to the development direction of "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality".Taking into account the future development direction of my country’s construction of a low-carbon economy and the current development status of Chinese traditional car companies,the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China issued the "14th Five-Year Plan for Industrial Green Development" in 2021,which clearly pointed out that the current Chinese traditional car companies.The transition to green and low-carbon transformation is urgent.In fact,under the influence of factors such as the development of the international auto industry and the guidance of national policies,a considerable number of traditional auto companies(such as China FAW,BYD,etc.)have begun their green and low-carbon transformation.Although most of the traditional Chinese car companies have strong economic strength and strong corporate background,their transformation road is not smooth,but due to technical direction,product layout and other reasons,the transformation road is full of difficulties and challenges.In order to assist the green and low-carbon transformation of my country’s traditional car companies and actively promote the realization of my country’s strategic goal of "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality",this paper takes China FAW,known as the "eldest son of the Republic of Auto",as an example to analyze its transformation path.Based on the summary and analysis,the generalized path of green and low-carbon transformation of Chinese traditional car companies is further refined and evaluated,so as to put forward corresponding improvement suggestions and provide guidance for Chinese traditional car companies to carry out green and low-carbon transformation in the future.Specifically,this paper organizes and analyzes the low-carbon transformation path of the domestic and foreign auto industries.By combining the existing research results of domestic and foreign scholars and the development and operation status of traditional Chinese car companies,it points out the necessity of implementing green and low-carbon transformation and the challenges faced by the transformation.and further analyze the key influencing factors in the transformation process.Then take China FAW as an example to conduct a specific analysis,use the PEST analysis method,and combine China’s macro environment to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the policy,economic,social,and technical environment faced by China FAW;Threats and challenges in the aspects of,operation and technology research and development,etc.,clarified the internal and external motivations of enterprise transformation;used grounded theory to analyze the transformation direction of China FAW in manufacturing,product layout,enterprise management,business model,etc.The strategies adopted in the process of technology digitization and cooperation diversification are condensed,and the green and low-carbon transformation path of China FAW is summarized.Finally,on the basis of China FAW’s low-carbon transformation path,it compares and analyzes the green and low-carbon transformation measures of traditional car companies,and summarizes the generalized green and lowcarbon transformation path of Chinese traditional car companies.The contribution of this paper is to improve and expand the green and low-carbon transformation path of traditional Chinese car companies,provide an effective reference for the green and low-carbon transformation of related traditional car companies,help improve the efficiency of traditional car companies’ green and lowcarbon transformation,and help promote China’s low-carbon transformation Economic construction and the achievement of the strategic goal of "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality".
