Present Development Situation And Countermeasures Research Of Foreign Investment Oil And Gas Companies In Kazakhstan

As the most important energy source in the world,oil and gas resources play an obvious role in the steady development of the whole country.Since entering the 21 st century,the oil and gas industry has not only become the most important industrial sector in the Republic of Kazakhstan,but also become the fastest-growing industrial sector,and one of the most important strategic factor affecting the political and security situation of Kazakhstan.In order to clarify the operation status of foreign investment oil and gas companies,it is very important to analyze the development course,the present situation of oil and gas industry and comprehensively introduce the foreign capital in Kazakhstan.Based on the study of foreign investment oil and gas companies in Kazakhstan,this thesis introduces the overall development status,the achievements and main problems of three large foreign investment oil and gas production companies in Kazakhstan.The large-scale investment of CNPC-Aktobemunaigas JSC,Tengizchevroil and Karachaganak Oil Operation company in Kazakhstan plays an important role in further strengthening of oil and gas resources exploration and development,speeding up of technology upgrading,training of qualified personnel and deepening of oil and gas cooperation.Finally,the thesis analyzes the development strategy and countermeasures of three foreign investment oil and gas companies,expounds the strategic plan through the aspects of optimizing the organization structure,perfecting human resources and promoting sustainable development.In terms of Kazakhstan government and companies puts forward the safeguard measures for healthy development of foreign investment oil companies.
