Research On China's Oil Enterprise Low-carbon Competitiveness Evaluation System And Development Countermeasures

This thesis gives the definition of enterprise low-carbon competitiveness on the basis of company competitiveness theory,low-carbon economy theory,sustainable development theory and environmental Kuznets curve theory.This thesis builds a low-carbon competitiveness evaluation system which is suitable for China oil enterprises from six criterion(low-carbon production,low-carbon economy,low-carbon technology,low-carbon management,low-carbon culture and resource base)followed the scientific,comprehensive and feasible principle.Then the thesis gives the weights of 20 indicators by the AHP and Delphi method and the research founds that carbon intensity,operating profit margin,return on equity,the proportion of technology patents and clean energy account for the largest in this evaluation system.According to the collected data of CNPC,SINOPEC and CNOOC,the thesis makes empirical analysis with the three companies and the result demonstrates that the low-carbon competitiveness of CNOOC is the highest because of the obvious advantage of low-carbon production and low-carbon economy over CNPC and SINOPEC.Finally,the thesis gives advice on promoting low-carbon competitiveness for China oil companies from establishing sustainable energy supply system and clean production operation,carrying out research on low-carbon technology and management and shouldering active low-carbon social responsibility.
