The heterogeneity of conglomerate oil layer in Xinjiang is serious,and the oil layer has a large number of large pores and fractures.The channeling of injected water is often encountered in production practice,resulting in the increase of oil well water production.In recent years,the problem of oil well water production has become more and more obvious.The research on plugging of fractured channeling channel in reservoir is of great significance to the exploitation of conglomerate reservoir.Through the indoor evaluation experiment,this paper evaluates the main performance indexes of profile control agent in conglomerate reservoir,which can provide key data support for the matching of channeling channel of profile control agent.This thesis evaluates and compares different fracture plugging agents,such as particle plugging agents,weak gel plugging agents,strong gel plugging agents,and recrosslinkable preformed particle gel.The corresponding conclusions are as follows: the pore plate breakthrough pressure of conventional bulk swelling particles is between 1.30 MPa and 2.4 MPa,of which the pore plate breakthrough pressure of bulk swelling particles with larger particle size is also larger,and the particle size has a very significant impact on the pore plate breakthrough pressure;When the weak gel is prepared,its fluidity is very good.The gel forming time is 6 h~24 h,and it can maintain a pumpable state for at least 6 h.The injectability is good.Good fluidity and injectability enable it to go deep into the depth of pores and fractures almost non destructively for deep channeling sealing;The breakthrough pressure of the orifice plate of ASG strong gel system is about0.30 mpa~0.43 MPa,which is only about 20% of the strength of conventional bulk swelling particles.However,it has good compatibility with the pore channel,has a wide spread range,and has a good plugging effect on site;The RPPG gel of high-strength recrosslinkable preformed particles can swell completely in excess water for about 2 hours,and the volume can expand by about 55 times,which is 9 times the expansion capacity of conventional bulk swelling particles.The quality of plugging agent consumed in plugging cracks is less,and the economic benefit is better.The cost per cubic meter of conventional bulky particles and RPPG is the same,which is between the on-site ASG strong gel and the on-site weak gel.The price of conventional bulky particles is lower and the dosage is larger,while the price of RPPG is higher and the dosage is smaller.
