In the hongqian one well field, ISC test area began in the later stage of steam injection, the water content of commercial well was almost close to99%at that time, and had no mines instance to consult. Test area has high reservoir heterogeneity, some block had water and gas breakthrough, the leading edge of combustion drive’s propulsion speed increased difference in high and low permeability layer. If the high-permeability layer is completely blocked, flue gas can’t be discharged, it easy adverse effect on the leading edge of combustion drive and even stalled. Through extensive literature research, propose a technical thinking that use high-strength blocking agent to limited plugging permeable layer in the reservoir.Reservoir temperature is high. it have higher requirements for block agent’s temperature resistance. proposed fly ash as the main agent which is in block agent. carry out the research of high temperature block agents.First. through data analysis derived production wells which occur water and gas breakthrough. Through laboratory experiments. I determine the blocking agent formulations, make a series of performance evaluation and core flow experiment. On this basis, the construction design of hH005and J596is done. Mainly achieved the following research.(1) Through data analysis, confirm the wells which occur water and gas breakthrough in34commercial wells.(2) Screen heat block agent formulations:30%to45%ash,5%hardener GH,0.08%vitriol,0.08%suspension HJ,0.2%SY-Ⅰ,0.1%SY-Ⅱ.(3) The cemen mechanism of high-temperature block agent is studied. It can meet the pumping time in plugging operations and the strength requirement after curing. Initial curing time and final cure time of the block agen is adjustable, it has good fluidity and pumping reliability, if it’s slurry have no curing agent or not in high temperature, it can’t occur curing reaction.(4) Blocking agent has good temperature resistance, salt resistance and aging stability, it can be broken down by hydrochloric acid.(5) The core flow experimental result show that after the closure, core permeability from2476mD down to95.23mD, in the continuous injection process, pressures have smaller fluctuation with the increase of water injection, after injection12PV, block agent good still have erosion resistance performance. Gradually increasing the amount of fly ash, the permeability of the core decrease, the small increase in the amount of fly ash can significantly affect the closure rate. In parallel core flow experiments, all ash blocking agent flood into the high permeability flooded layer, so that the low-permeability layer has been very clear started, and high permeability layer don’t happen blocked phenomenon.(6) Under the premise of a large number of experimental studies, the construction design of hH005and J596is done.
