The temporary plugging agent turned to fracturing technology can shield and plug shale fractures for a short time,resulting in new fractures spreading to undeveloped layers,better improving oil and gas productivity and maximizing the value of shale reservoirs.With the development of artificial intelligence,more and more experts in the petroleum field bring deep learning into petroleum-related research.This paper is based on deep learning and digital core technology to predict the absolute permeability value of the core.In this paper,the solid-liquid two-phase flow simulation of temporary plugging agent particles and fracturing fluid in each stage in the process of fracture is carried out by indoor experiments and the method of coupling simulation of fluid dynamics(CFD)and discrete element(DEM),and the influence of temporary plugging agent concentration,fracture width,viscosity and displacement of fracturing fluid on plugging effect is analyzed.The experimental results show that the particle temporary plugging agent used in the experiment can have a good suspension state during the construction process,ensuring that the particles can reach the target layer without explanation;After the construction,the particle temporary plugging agent can be completely degraded without damaging the reservoir,which meets the site construction requirements.For the particle temporary plugging agent,the higher the concentration of temporary plugging agent,the better the plugging effect and the shorter the time required to reach the expected pressure(20MPa).The plugging distance of temporary plugging agent is proportional to the crack width.The larger the crack width,the longer the plugging distance.The relationship between the crack width and the plugging distance is obtained by curve polynomial fitting.Pump injection rate affects the time when temporary plugging agent forms plugging effectiveness in fractures;In laboratory experiments,the plugging effectiveness of smooth surface fractured rock plate for temporary plugging agent is not as good as that of 3D printing model.Using different proportions of multi-particle temporary plugging agent,under the condition of the same seam width,The ratio of fine particle size,medium particle size and coarse particle size temporary plugging agent concentration is 1: 2: 3.Under the same conditions,the simulated results are similar to the indoor experimental results,which proves that the indoor experimental results are effective and true,and can be used for field reconstruction and research.
