Development And Performance Evaluation Of Water-soluble Fracturing Eemporary Plugging Agent

With the international community’s rising demand for crude oil and the rise in international oil prices,raising the production of low-permeability oil fields has once again become the focus of people’s research.At present,hydraulic fracturing is the most commonly used technical means to improve oil recovery in low permeability oilfields.With the development of production and development,hydraulic cracks gradually failure,the reservoir also has a certain amount of oil,then need to re-fracturing.Repeated fracturing is a temporary blockage of the original borehole or crack,pressing a new crack in a direction different from the original fracture,communicating unused reservoirs or less active reservoirs,increasing the drainage area or capacity.The study of temporary plugging agents in the world has never been interrupted.With the enhancement of environmental awareness,the research and development of green temporary plugging agents has become the focus.Oil operations combined with environmental protection,developed a both to meet the needs of fracturing construction,and no pollution caused by the formation of temporary blocking agent is very important.In this paper,based on the previous study,through the temporary plugging agent screening and temporary plugging agent strength research,developed a water-soluble fracturing temporary plugging agent.By weight percentage,the formula is: 57%bone glue + 24% sulfonated asphalt + 19% thickener + 0.2% cross-linking agent.The basic performance of temporary plugging agent showed that the water content of temporary plugging agent is more than 97%,the content of residue is low,and the compatibility of fracturing fluid and formation water is good,and it is evenly dispersed in 0.5% guanidine fracturing fluid,and it is stable by the intrease of salinity.The blocking performance of the temporary plugging agent in the seam and the seam was analyzed by the indoor core simulation experiment.2.5cm thick blocking agent sealing the filling pipe,the breakthrough pressure is 6MPa.Experiments show that the temporary plugging agent developed between the temperature of 30℃-80℃,the injection concentration of about 10%,the injection of 2-5PV between the cracks can be about 97% of the closure,a higher breakthrough Pressure gradient.This shows that the temporary plugging agent can meet the requirements of on-site fracturing construction,and has a wide range of applications,the oil fracturing to improve the recovery rate is important.
