Road traffic has become an important sector leading to global climate change and environmental pollution,and it is also one of the three major areas of CO2 energy saving and emission reduction in China.As Beijing’s transportation sector enters the golden period of development,emission reduction of road traffic in Beijing has become one of the key contents to achieve"carbon peak"by 2030.Beijing is the most representative city,the study of Beijing road traffic department emission reduction path optimization,so as to achieve"carbon neutral""carbon peak"for China to make an important contribution,this move is of great significance.Under the background of carbon peak,according to the current situation and theoretical basis of emission reduction of road traffic in Beijing,this paper designs emission reduction policies of 6 different modes of transportation in 3 categories.That is to say,the development of rail transit policies,the development of ecological driving policies of gasoline taxis,the development of time-sharing rental policies of shared cars,the development of the policy of replacing the stock of private gasoline cars with new energy vehicles,the policy of alleviating road congestion,and the development of the policy of replacing oil with electricity for light and micro trucks.At the same time,the optimization model of emission reduction policy aiming at the minimum unit emission reduction cost is constructed to calculate the CO2 emission and emission reduction cost benefit of different policies when their decision variables are optimal.On the basis of single policy optimization,12 emission reduction paths of Beijing road traffic are designed,and multiple nonlinear emission reduction path optimization model is established,so as to obtain the optimization results of Beijing road traffic emission reduction path.Through the analysis and discussion of the optimization results,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)when the single emission reduction policy is optimized,the emission reduction effect of developing rail transit emission reduction policy is the best,and the emission reduction effect of developing light and micro truck emission reduction policy is the second.Both of them are one of the directions with great potential for emission reduction of road transportation in Beijing in the future.The development of eco-driving policies for taxis and time-sharing leasing policies for electric vehicles can be regarded as auxiliary emission reduction policies.(2)Among the 12 routes,4 failed to reach the peak target by 2035,while the remaining 8 routes could reach the peak target.Beijing’s road traffic can reach the carbon peak target as early as 2022.(3)Among the 12paths,the unit emission reduction cost can be as low as 13.46 yuan/kg and as high as28.94 yuan/kg,with a difference of 15.48 yuan/kg.The best path is to reduce cumulative emissions of 107,183 billion kg of CO2 between 2020 and 2035.(4)When choosing the optimal emission reduction path,the selection of optimal path varies with the setting of optimization targets.(5)In the future,Beijing road traffic should take multi-subject joint emission reduction as the direction of emission reduction,and actively build multi-level and multi-angle road traffic emission reduction system,so as to achieve better and faster emission reduction effect.
