Research On Safety Management Of Sewage Treatment Project Of L Company

With the increase of national attention to safety production,in order to avoid and reduce the occurrence of safety production accidents,standardize the company’s safety production management,improve the economic and social benefits of the project,the establishment of safety production standards is very necessary.This paper takes the sewage treatment project safety management of L company as the research object,investigates and analyzes the safety production accidents of its subordinate T water plant,and combines the current situation of safety production management of sewage treatment project.On the basis of in-depth analysis of the company’s rules and regulations,personnel management,equipment and facilities management,on-site operation management,hazardous chemicals management and other aspects,found that there are several problems in the safety production management of sewage works,such as lack of safety production concept and awareness,imperfect safety organization configuration,weak learning ability and quality ability of personnel,lack of equipment and facilities maintenance and management,illegal operation,non-standard emergency management,and disconnection between the company’s internal standards and industry standards.Advisements were proposed for the L company to improve the existing problems of basic management system and the site safety management system and to establish safety production standards according to the basic principles of safety managementand safety production standardization construction theory.At the same time,the changes of plant environment,operation process and safety target before and after the implementation of standardization are compared,which proves that standardization brings great changes to the safety production and management of enterprises.
