Study On Standardization Management Of Production Safety In HD220kV Laima Substation

The power production and consumption system is composed of power generation,transformation,transmission,distribution and consumption.Substation operation is an important part of safe operation of electric power.Substation Operation Safety Management is the management of Substation Operation Personnel,overhaul personnel,equipment and environment factors,which aims to effectively control the unsafe behavior of people and equipment,and to eliminate and avoid accidents.In particular,the aim of safety management is to ensure that there are no accidents of personal injury or death,major substation equipment accidents and power grid accidents.Based on the theories of business operation management,statistics,engineering project management,accident science and so on,this paper uses the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the visual management method and the 5W1 H analysis method,first of all,this paper studies the current situation of the safety management of 220 kV Laima substation of Handan Power Supply Company,and then evaluates the safety management of the substation operation,then find out the problems and cause analysis of substation Operation Safety Management,and finally use the successful experience at home and abroad to realize 220 kV LAIMA substation Operation Safety Modern Management.
