At present,private enterprises develop vigorously,it is the pillar strength of our economy.Under the new normal of economy,private enterprises are facing more and more fierce competition.Young skilled personnel have strong technical skills,full of vigor and vitality,and play an important role in the innovation and efficiency of enterprises.The incentive effect of young skilled talents directly influences the realization of enterprise goals.This thesis studies the incentive mechanism of young skilled talents in PY Group.Through questionnaire survey,dialogue and interview,it finds out that there are problems in the incentive mechanism of young skilled talents in the enterprise,such as salary and welfare need to be improved,unreasonable setting of performance appraisal indicators,poor learning and training effect,restricted career development channels,inadequate spiritual incentive.And master the most hope of the young skilled personnel to get the motivation and the work of the most concerned matters.In response to these existing shortcomings and problems,based on relevant theoretical and empirical research,and based on the actual situation of PY Group,combined with the basic characteristics and incentive needs of young skilled talents,this thesis proposes five optimization suggestions for the incentive mechanism of young skilled talents,namely improving the level of salary and welfare benefits,improving performance evaluation indicators,and enhancing the effectiveness of learning and training,smooth career promotion channels and enrich spiritual motivation content.The research results of this thesis have enriched the relevant literature,and have certain reference significance for enterprises,especially the private enterprises in the iron and steel industry,to further improve the incentive mechanism of young skilled talents and constantly improve the incentive effect.
