Human resources are the most advantageous competitive resources in corporate competition,and young talents are an important supporting factor for the sustainable development of corporate human resources.The transformation and development of state-owned enterprises must rely on the young generation and make good use of the courage and wisdom of young talents,in order to inject new ideas,new methods,and new souls into enterprises,and to advance with the times and truly achieve transformation and development.The training of young talents is a continuous and long process.Only by constantly improving the relevant training mechanism can we discover and train outstanding young talents who are truly suitable for the enterprise and who are willing to go all out for the development of the enterprise.How to do a good job in training young talents,optimize the training mechanism,and give full play to incentive measures is a topic that every enterprise must conduct in-depth research.KG is an old state-owned enterprise with a development history of more than80 years.To successfully realize the transformation and upgrading of the enterprise,it must attach importance to the training of young talents,provide opportunities and platforms for young talents,let them boldly innovate and promote the development of the enterprise.The company currently accounts for less than 30% of young talents,and the training of young talents is imminent.The paper analyzes and studies the background and significance of KG youth talent training,combs the domestic and foreign related literature and related theories of corporate youth talent training,and combines actual investigations to analyze the four aspects of youth talent evaluation standards,selection process,training mode,assessment and promotion In view of the existing problems in the company's youth talent training mechanism,the iceberg theory and the post competency model are used to improve the design of the original youth talent training mechanism,and further measures to ensure the implementation of the improved youth talent training mechanism are put forward.Through in-depth research on the training of young talents in KG,the paper proposes optimized plans and relevant incentive measures for the training of young talents in the company,helping company leaders and management departments to more objectively understand the advantages and disadvantages of the company's young talent work,and build a more complete youth The talent training mechanism stimulates the subjective initiative of young talents,enhances the competitiveness of talents,and at the same time enhances the company's market competition.The thesis research not only provides feasible solutions for the training of young talents in KG,but also provides reference and reference for similar enterprises in the optimization of the training mechanism of young talents.
