Human resource management has always been a topic that needs to be deeply studied by large and small enterprises both domestically and internationally,determining the development trend of enterprises.It is self-evident that managing core employees as the lifeline of controlling the development of small and medium-sized enterprises is self-evident.Excellent compensation management methods can play a significant role in enhancing employees’ work enthusiasm.X New Materials Technology Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "X Company")is a packaging-integrated enterprise engaged in independent research and development,production,and sales.Its main products,such as EPS foam products,have broad market prospects and huge potential.However,contrary to this,X Company’s unreasonable compensation management has hindered the development of the enterprise.This article analyzes the compensation management of core employees in X Company by research methods such as literature review,questionnaire survey,and inductive research.Based on a systematic review of domestic and foreign research theories related to compensation management,as well as a large amount of data obtained through comparative and inductive research,the connotation,characteristics,and compensation management of core employees are defined.The article also analyzes the current situation of X Company’s compensation management.Subsequently,based on the results of the questionnaire survey,the problems in X Company’s compensation management were identified,including unreasonable compensation structure setting,lack of external competitiveness in compensation levels,insufficient use of compensation management incentives,insufficient emphasis on compensation management by leaders,non-compliance with employee development vision,and low alignment between compensation management and enterprise development strategy,Subsequently,the reasons are analyzed,including insufficient attention from leaders to compensation management,absence of employees in the compensation management process,lack of in-depth exploration of employee needs in compensation incentives,and lack of strategic consideration of compensation systems.Finally,an optimization plan and safeguard measures for X Company’s compensation management are proposed in response to the six issues mentioned above.This thesis attempts to optimize the company’s compensation management from six aspects: adjusting the compensation structure,ensuring fairness in compensation management,leveraging the long-term incentive effect of compensation management,strengthening the importance of enterprise leaders on compensation management,increasing employee participation in compensation management,and strengthening the alignment between compensation management and enterprise development strategy.Strengthen ideological security and organizational security.Improve the guarantee measures for optimizing the compensation management plan in three aspects of cultural security,ensure that the formulated compensation management optimization plan can achieve the best results,and thus provide ideas and feasible strategies for the compensation management of the company’s core personnel in this thesis,in order to mobilize the work enthusiasm of core employees and promote the long-term development of the company.
