| With the development of the times,the design concept of industrial design has gradually changed from machine-oriented to human-oriented,based on which theories of human cognition,psychology and human-computer interaction have been added,and the globalization of design has become an unstoppable trend.In the 21 st century,emotionality and personalization have gradually become high concern factors,and morphological bionic design is a practice method that allows designers to give emotion to products based on natural elements.The relevance is high.Based on this,this paper takes the lounge chair as the research object,uses KJ method and SD method to find out the imagery vocabulary of the lounge chair and the representative samples of the lounge chair,uses the hierarchical clustering method to do the dimensionality reduction analysis on the imagery vocabulary of the lounge chair,and finally gets the "balanced-unbalanced" "hard-soft" "heavy-light" "geometric-streamlined " "rough-fine" five pairs of imagery factors.Based on the screening of the bionic creature prototypes by user research,the imagery scale between the bionic creature prototypes and the lounge chair was quantified,and the coupling degree between the bionic creature prototypes and the imagery of the lounge chair was analyzed by applying cosine similarity and mean analysis,i.e.imagery coupling,and finally the three creature with higher imagery coupling degree was selected as dolphin,panda and butterfly,which were 0.929,0.871 and 0.772 respectively.The three selected organisms were taken as the main research objects,because each organism has its own structural characteristics,dolphins and pandas belong to Mammalia,butterflies belong to Insecta,and the lounge chair consists of "seat","armrest" and "back"."The topological structure indicates the relationship between the morphological elements,and the geometric shape,topological structure and proportional relationship of the two are used for comprehensive analysis and comparison,and finally the morphology of the panda is most suitable for the bionic design of the lounge chair.The topology of the panda is the most suitable for the bionic design of the lounge chair,and the characteristics of the panda are analyzed according to the topological hierarchy diagram,and the relationship between the strength of the panda’s characteristics is verified by using the eye-tracking device to test 30 subjects to generate hotspot diagrams,and the topological weights are calculated to compare the strength of the characteristics,and the head and torso of the panda are known to be its main characteristics,and the obtained characteristics of the panda are coupled with the morphological elements of the lounge chair to match,and the practical functional coupling,morphological The three principles of practical function coupling,aesthetic coupling and symbolic coupling are proposed,and the final results are based on "stability","comfort","quality","visual perception" and "refinement"."stability","comfort","quality","visual perception" and "refinement" are the five dimensions of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and the final sketch design plan is evaluated by SPSSPRO software,and the final plan 4 is designed in depth. |
