With the development of social economy and the change of lifestyle,consumer groups on the leisure chair personalized,high-end demand is increasing.At present,domestic leisure chair products tend to develop in the Leisure chair development and research and development capabilities have an important impact on increasing the added value,technical content and brand competitiveness of its products.e middle and high-end areas.Leisure chair development and research.Bidirectional evolutionary structure optimization method is a scientific and rational method to optimize the structure in the form of parameters and image visualization based on the stress distribution,and its optimization results are expressed in diverse organic forms,providing multiple structural forms for reference expression for leisure chairs in the the research and development design stage.This topic takes three kinds of common leisure seats,namely low-back,high-back and reclining,as the topology optimization objects.BESO method is the main method,supplemented by literature research method,interdisciplinary research method,observation method,analysis and induction method and other scientific research methods for in-depth exploration of leisure chair structure morphology research.Firstly,through the integration of the BESO method at home and abroad and sorting out the current situation and development dynamics,,clarify the concept and principle of BESO method,dissect the significance of the five element parameters of grid model,load,support,material,parameter setting in pre-processing,and smooth and reconstructed model in post-processing,and applications of three ways of structural diversification:using non-designed areas as variables,symmetry as variables,and multi-working conditions as variables.Secondly,the organizational characteristics of the lounge chair are studied,and the scale parameters of seat surface,armrest and backrest as well as the vertical seat load,horizontal backrest load,armrest side pressure load and armrest vertical load force conditions are analyzed in detail.Then,Rhino+Grasshopper+Ameba software is used to optimize the topology of the low-back,high-back and reclining leisure chairs respectively,and the real-time data and diagrams derived from the Ameba plug-in are used to show the process of optimizing the structural form of the leisure chair.The safety of its structure is judged according to the optimization process and data results.Finally,the analysis and evaluation of the diversified design of the lounge chair form are carried out through specific cases,thus confirming that the topology optimization method can also be used as a scientific method for the diversified design of the lounge chair form.The ultimate goal of using BESO is to complete a variety of structural morphology optimization solutions under the premise of maximizing structural strength and minimizing material use,providing multiple scientific and reasonable morphological references for the leisure chair in the development and design stage.Topology optimization provides a new method to guide the research and application of structural morphology design of leisure chairs,and the optimization process and results are presented in a combination of images and data,which makes the research of this topic more scientific and effective.
