| About one-sixth of the people in our country suffer from alopecia,with androgenetic alopecia the most common.At the same time,the occurrence of physiological alopecia is advancing in age,which seriously affects the patients’ mental health and reduces the quality of life.At present,the effective treatment methods for hair loss include hair transplantation,external minoxidil,internal finasteride,but there are shortcomings such as high requirements for technical level and may cause adverse drug reactions.China has rich material resources of Chinese herbal medicine,and has experience in the application of hair loss prevention,mainly through the application of compound preparation to stimulate hair growth.There are also Shouwu decoction,Gutuo Shengfa decoction and other oral prescriptions,but the systematic research on functional components is insufficient.The diversified research on application forms and application scenarios is insufficient.In this study,the germinal effect and mechanism of polysaccharides from angelica sinensis and fingered citron were investigated,and they were applied to meal replacement milkshake drinks,providing a new idea for the application of medicinal and edible plant resources.In this study,two mouse models of physiological alopecia and androgenetic alopecia were established respectively.After successful modeling,angelica sinensis polysaccharide was given 5 mg/kg·d and fructus citri sarcodactylis polysacharide was given 20 mg/kg·d by continuous intragastric administration for 21 days,and then the number and morphology of hair follicles were observed by observation and determination of skin status and tissue sections.The levels of TNF-α,DHT,IFN-γ,VEGF,thyroid hormone and other factors in serum and skin homogenate of mice were determined by enzymed-linked immunosorbent assay to explore the improvement effect and mechanism of the two polysaccharides on hair loss.A functional meal replacement milkshake drink was made by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment to determine the optimal ratio of angelica sinensis polysaccharide,fingered citron sinensis polysaccharide,skim milk powder,DL-malic acid,brown rice powder,erythritol and other raw materials.The main research results are as follows:1.Study on the effect of angelica sinensis polysaccharide and fingered citron sinensis polysaccharide on physiological alopecia.The results showed that compared with the negative control group,the time from powder to black skin was shortened,the time from black skin to hair growth was shortened,the thickness of dermis was increased,the number of hair follicles was increased and the growth stage was entered earlier in polysaccharide group.In the experiment of physiological alopecia model,the effect of angelica sinensis polysaccharide group on hair growth was better than that of,fingered citron sinensis polysaccharide group.Compared with the negative control group,the skin content of VEGF increased and serum content of IFN-γ decreased in angelica sinensis polysaccharide group.The content of TNF-α and IFN-γ were decreased in serum of mice in fingered citron sinensis polysaccharide group.2.Study on the effect of angelica sinensis polysaccharide and fingered citron sinensis polysaccharide on androgenetic alopecia.The results showed that compared with the negative control group,the time from powder to black skin was shortened,the time from black skin to hair growth was shortened,the thickness of dermis was increased,the number of hair follicles was increased and the growth stage was entered earlier in polysaccharide group.In the experiment of androgenic alopecia model,the effect of fingered citron sinensis polysaccharide on hair growth was better than that of angelica sinensis polysaccharide group.Compared with negative control group,the skin content of VEGF increased,serum content of IFN-γ decreased and serum content of DHT decreased in angelica sinensis polysaccharide group.The contents of IFN-γ,TNF-α and DHT in serum of the fingered citron sinensis polysaccharide group were decreased.3.Preparation of meal replacement milkshakes with hair growth function.The formula of meal replacement milkshake was optimized by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment using sensory score as index.The results showed that the optimal formula for the meal replacement shake was: purified water was 100 m L,angelica sinensis polysaccharide was added 50 mg/100 m L,fingered citron sinensis polysaccharide was added 154 mg/100 m L,vitamin A was added 260 μg/100 m L,skim milk powder was added 15 g/100 m L,DL-malic acid was added 0.1 g/100 m L.the dosage of erythritol was2 g/100 m L and the dosage of brown rice flour was 5 g/100 m L.the sensory score of meal milkshake in this era was the highest 90.3. |
